Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi motivasi belajar, kompetensi pedagogik dan fasilitas belajar terhadap uji kompetensi siswa kelas XII OTKP SMK YPE Sawunggalih Kutoarjo tahun pelajaran 2019/2020.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian130 siswa dan sekaligus sebagai sampel. Menggunakan metode angket/kuisioner. Uji Prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji linearitas dan multikolinearitas. Analisa data disajikan dalam analisis deskriptif, uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan regresi sederhana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan motivasi belajar siswa, kompetensi pedagogik dan fasilitas belajar terhadap terhadap hasil uji kompetensi pada siswa kelas XII OTKP SMK YPE Sawunggalih Kutoarjo Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020 baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama. Motivasi belajar terhadap uji kompetensi siswa memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 30,93% dan sumbangan relatif sebesar 37,22%. Kompetensi Pedagogik terhadap uji kompetensi siswa sumbangan efektif sebesar 40,84% dan sumbangan relatif sebesar 49,14%. Fasilitas belajar terhadap uji kompetensi siswa sumbangan efektif sebesar 11,33% dan sumbangan relatif sebesar 13,64%. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan motivasi belajar, kompetensi pedagogik dan fasilitas belajar secara bersama terhadap uji kompetensi siswa SMK, sumbangan efektif sebesar 83,10%. Contribution of learning motivation, pedagogic competence, and learning facilities to student competency test Abstract: This study aims to determine the contribution of learning motivation, pedagogic competence and learning facilities to the competency test of students of class XII OTKP SMK YPE Sawunggalih Kutoarjo academic year 2019/2020. This study uses a correlational quantitative approach. The study population was 130 students as well as the sample. Using a questionnaire method / questionnaire. The prerequisite test analysis used the linearity and multicollinearity tests. Data analysis is presented in descriptive analysis, hypothesis testing is carried out by simple and multiple regression. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect on student learning motivation, pedagogic competence and learning facilities on the results of competency tests in class XII OTKP students of SMK YPE Sawunggalih Kutoarjo Academic Year 2019/2020, either individually or collectively. The learning motivation towards the student competency test gave an effective contribution of 30.93% and a relative contribution of 37.22%. Pedagogic competence on student competency test effective contribution of 40.84% and relative contribution of 49.14%. The learning facilities for the student competency test had an effective contribution of 11.33% and a relative contribution of 13.64%. There is a significant positive effect of learning motivation, pedagogic competence and learning facilities together on the competency test of vocational students, the effective contribution is 83.10%.
