Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sampai sejauhmana keberhasilan program implementasi budaya industri 5R (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, Rajin) di SMK PN 2 Purworejo ditinjau dari kontek, input,proses dan produk.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Evaluasi Program model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Lokasi penelitian di SMK PN 2 Purworejo jalan Kesatrian nomor 17 Purworejo. Subyek penelitian yaitu warga sekolah yang terdiri dari Pejabat Struktural,Guru, dan Siswa di SMK PN 2 Purworejo. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi.Berdasarkan evaluasi context, input, process, dan product, didapatkan data yang menunjukkan bahwa secara context, input, process, maupun product program implementasi budaya industry 5R di SMK PN 2 Purworejo telah dikategorikan sangat baik. Dibuktikan dengan perolehan data pada kuesioner/angket yang menjelaskan tentang proses dan hasil yang di peroleh melalui kegiatan pelaksanaan Program implementasi budaya industry 5R di SMK PN 2 Purworejo.Program implementasi budaya industri 5R perlu dilanjutkan karena hal ini sangat penting untuk membentuk karakter baik Guru dan Siswa guna menyiapkan tenaga kerja yang siap bekerja di Industri Evaluation of the 5R industrial culture implementation program (ringkas, rapi, resik, rawat, rajin) at SMK PN 2 Purworejo Abstract: The research This study aims to determine to what extent the success of the 5R industrial culture implementation program (Brief, Neat, Clean, Careful, Diligent) at SMK PN 2 Purworejo in terms of context, input, process and product. The research method used is the CIPP Model Program Evaluation Research ( Context, Input, Process, Product). Research location at SMK PN 2 Purworejo Kesatrian street number 17 Purworejo. The research subjects were school members consisting of structural officers, teachers and students at SMK PN 2 Purworejo. The research data was obtained using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Based on the evaluation of context, input, process, and product, data was obtained which showed that in context, input, process, and product program implementation of the 5R industrial culture at SMK PN 2 Purworejo was categorized as very good. Evidenced by the collection of data on the questionnaire/questionnaire that explains the process and results obtained through the implementation of the 5R industrial culture implementation program at SMK PN 2 Purworejo. The 5R industrial culture implementation program (concise, neat, clean, care, diligent) needs to be continued because this is very important to shape the character of both teachers and students in order to prepare a workforce that is ready to work in industry
