Abstract

Implementation tasks and work is an obligation for employees in the organization, both within government organizations and non-governmental organizations. Later in the performance of duties and the job must have a common goal that is expecting the results of the work and tasks as well as satisfactory according to what is specified in advance. To get a good result and work in accordance with the objectives of the organization, each organization can certainly have rules and regulations set forth in a policy. This policy was created with the intention that each component of the organization carrying out duties in accordance with what is stipulated. Issues raised in this study is "What is employee morale of men and wornen in Regent Office Tojo Una-Una General Parts and Supplies significantly different? '. This study is a survey research is to conduct research into a number of population studies and conducted evidentiary hypothesis. The analysis tools are quare chis analysis. Based on the research note that amona male employees have more high morale. Similarly, among female employees are more likely to have high morale. Based on the study it was found that the number of employees who have a passion men slightly more than women employees. However, from the results of the analysis showed differences morale of men and women did not differ significantly or does not mean. It shows the spirit of woirking men and wornen are relatively equal. The analysis showed that the authors proposed the hypothesis in this study was not proven.
