Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan macam-macam dan wujud nilai edukatif novel Laskar Pelangi karya Andrea Hirata (Nilai sosial, nilai kepribadian, nilai filosofis, dan nilai religi). (2) mendeskripsikan wujud/perilaku nilai edukatif novel Laskar Pelangi karya Andrea Hirata melalui percakapan dialog/tutur kata para tokohnya, dan (3) skenario pembelajarannya sastra di sma kelas XI. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis isi. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah novel Laskar Pelangi karya Andrea Hirata. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan cara yeknik simak catat. Hasil analisis ini membuktikan dalam novel Laskar Pelangi karya Andrea Hirata mempunyai empat nilai edukatif, yakni nilai sosial, nilai kepribadian, nilai filosofis, dan nilai religi dengan jumlah data keseluruhan 11 data. (2) Pembelajaran yang dilakukan dengan metode PAIKEM (pembelajaran aktif, inovatif, kreatif, efektif, dan menyenangkan). Wujud nilai edukatif dalam novel Laskar Pelangi yang sudah dideskripsikan telah disesuaikan dan dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan pembelajaran sastra di SMA Kelas XI. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan  perangkat presensi RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) sebagai sistem presensi asisten lab di Lab Information and Communication of Technology  (ICT) Terpadu Budi Luhur untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang sedang terjadi seperti antrean, kerumitan saat menginput, dan manipulasi waktu kehadiran sampai kepulangan. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode agile yang bisa menangani risiko ketidakberhasilan dalam tahap pengembangan sistem skala kecil maupun besar. Tahapan merancang sistem memanfaatkan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner terhadap lingkungan LAB ICT Terpadu Budi Luhur. Hasil penilaian ahli kelayakan pengujian mencapai persentase 90 (sangat pantas),  pengujian praktis mencapai persentase 92 (sangat pantas), uji keamanan mencapai persentase 90 (layak), dan uji coba kelompok besar mencapai persentase 90 (sangat pantas). Dapat disimpulkan perancangan sistem dengan menggunakan UML dengan teknologi RFID dapat meningkatkan efektivitas presensi serta menyelesaikan permasalahan dalam presensi. Abstract: The current study attempted to generate an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) attendance device as a bridge of attendance for the Computer Lab Assistant of Budi Luhur to overcome ongoing problems such as queues, complexity when inputting, and manipulation of attendance time to return. The development of this system uses agile methods that can handle the risk of failure in the small and large-scale system development stages. The system design stage uses UML. The data was collected using observation, interviews, and questionnaires in the Budi Luhur Integrated ICT LAB environment. The outcomes of the viability examination expert assessment attained a rate of 90 percent (highly achievable), the practicality test achieved a level of 92 (highly achievable), the security test attained a level of 90 (practicable), the large-group trial achieved a level of 90 (highly achievable). It can be concluded that designing a system using UML with RFID technology can increase the effectiveness of attendance and solve problems in it.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Salah satu persoalan yang sering muncul saat ini adalah penelantaran dan juga kekerasan terhadap anak. Persoalan penelantaran kepada anak-anak disebabkan karena ketidakmampuan orang tua dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dasar anak tersebut, sehingga sebagian anak rentan mengalami kekerasan. Sehingga, untuk mengurangi penelantaran dan juga kekerasan pada anak maka perlu adanya peran Panti Asuhan dalam melindungi dan membimbing anak-anak yatim, yatim piatu, kaum dhuafa dan juga anak terlantar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengeksplorasi teamwork pegawai UPT PPSAA Nganjuk Asrama Kertosono dalam meningkatkan pelayanan kesejahteraan anak melalui teori Skidmore yang meliputi komunikasi, kompromi, kooperatif, koordinasi dan konsumasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi ketika studi riset dan praktikum di UPT PPSAA Nganjuk Asrama Kertosono pada tahun 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa teamwork di UPT PPSAA Nganjuk Asrama Kertosono telah berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini dilihat dari adanya proses kerjasama tim dalam meningkatkan pelayanan kesejahteraan anak telah melibatkan seluruh pegawai di UPT PPSAA Nganjuk Asrama Kertosono. Kata Kunci: teamwork, pelayanan, kesejahteraan anak ABSTRACT One of the frequent issues today is the abandonment and violence against children. Child abandonment often occurs due to parents' inability to fulfill their basic needs, making some children vulnerable to violence. Therefore, to reduce abandonment and violence against children, the role of orphanages is essential in protecting and guiding orphaned, destitute, and vulnerable children. The purpose of this study is to explore the teamwork of employees at the UPT PPSAA Nganjuk Asrama Kertosono in improving child welfare services through Skidmore's theory, which includes communication, compromise, cooperation, coordination, and consumption. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study research design. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation during research studies and practicums at UPT PPSAA Nganjuk Asrama Kertosono in 2022. The results of the study show that teamwork at UPT PPSAA Nganjuk Asrama Kertosono has been effective. This is evidenced by the collaborative process among the team members in improving child welfare services involving all employees at UPT PPSAA Nganjuk Asrama Kertosono. Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study is to identify the causes that contribute tophysics learning with the application of superior classes at SMA Negeri 2 Metro,especially in the learning process. The implementation of superior classes is astrategy in education whose purpose is to provide optimal, intensive, and in-deptheducational services to students who have high academic potential. Some of theproblems identified include low understanding of physics concepts, low studentinterest in physics, and low student learning achievement in this subject. In aneffort to address these issues and improve the quality of physics learning, flagshipclasses were introduced as a potential solution. The method used was to collectdata through classroom observations, teacher and student interviews. Thepurpose of this study was to obtain maximum understanding related to the impactof the implementation of the flagship class. The discussion in this study highlightsthe importance of excellent classes as an effective strategy in organizing physicslearning. In the flagship class, students get a more interesting and interactivelearning experience, which helps them understand physics concepts better. Inaddition, good support and motivation from physics teachers are also factors thatplay a role in the effectiveness of superior classes. Based on the research results,the conclusion is that the featured class has high effectiveness in organizingphysics learning at SMA Negeri 2 Metro. Therefore, it is recommended that schoolscontinue to improve and develop excellent classes as an effort to improve thequality of physics learning. Increasing the application of supporting technology inphysics learning can also be a suggestion to optimize the effectiveness of superiorclasses.

Abstract

This study aims to test the Purchase Decision at Mixue in Sumbawa District Can Be Seen From the Perception of Price, Location and Product Quality. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents through the Paul Leedy formula and the Non Probability Sampling technique with the Purposive Sampling approach. Three Boxs Method data analysis technique. The results of the study indicate that the Purchase Decision at Mixue in Sumbawa District can be seen from the Perception of Price because the products offered by Miixue are also relatively cheap so that consumers will make repeat purchases or recommend to their relatives. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the Purchase Decision at Mixue in Sumbawa District can be seen from the Location. This is because the location of Mixue is fairly strategic because it is in the middle of the city, precisely in a shopping center that allows consumers to visit at any time. Based on the results of this study, the Purchase Decision at Mixue in Sumbawa District can be seen from Product Quality. This is because the quality provided by Mixue is in accordance with the delicious taste that will make consumers make repeat purchases on the product.

Abstract

Introduction: Epilepsy is a condition or brain disorder characterized by a tendency for recurrent seizures. Telemedicine services use electronic communication facilities to provide medical support or care remotely. In these services, various factors influence doctors in making decisions. Objective: This study aims to compare the pharmacological management decisions and referral decisions for newly diagnosed epilepsy patients versus patients previously diagnosed by doctors in telemedicine services in Indonesia. Methods: This research uses a retrospective cross sectional design using secondary data sources from one of Indonesia's telemedicine services. A total of 100 subjects were selected within the telemedicine service. Pharmacological management decisions and referrals were assessed based on chat history. Results: Analysis of the data showed no significant difference between newly diagnosed patients and previously diagnosed in terms of pharmacological management decisions (p=0.298). However, there is a significant difference between newly diagnosed patients and previously diagnosed in terms of referral decisions (p=0.025). In addition, newly diagnosed patients appear to have a higher referral percentage (18.87%) compared to previously diagnosed patients (4.26%). Discussion: There was no significant difference in pharmacological treatment decisions between newly diagnosed patients and previously diagnosed patients. However, a significant difference was observed in referral decisions. This indicates the need for a larger sample size and further research.
