Abstract

This study aims to analyze the opportunities and challenges of fisheries subsector in supporting the economy of Banten Province through studying the growth of fisheries subsector, either capture fisheries or aquaculture and the influented factors. This study uses multiple regression. This study found that the number of outboard motor and inboard motorboat significantly give positive influence to the production of capture fisheries in Banten Province. It can be the opportunity to increase the production of capture fisheries that can support the economy of Banten Province. On the other hand, the indication of overfishing in shallow water showed by the insignificance of nonpowered motorboat number to influent the production of capture fisheries becomes the challenge of capture fisheries in supporting the economy of Banten Province. Then, the lack of fish cultivator skill showed by the negative influence of fish cultivator to the production of aquaculture and the lack of productivity in aquaculture area showed by the insignificance of aquaculture area to influent the production of aquaculture becomes the challenge of fisheries subsector in supporting the economy of Banten Province.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fenomena deindustrialisasi di Kota Tangerang dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa adanya fenomena deindustrialisasi di Kota Tangerang yang ditandai dengan penurunan peran sektor industri terhadap perekonomian Kota Tangerang selama periode 2010-2018. Hasil estimasi dengan analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa keterbukaan ekonomi secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap peran sektor industri terhadap perekonomian Kota Tangerang. Sebaliknya, proporsi investasi dan tingkat harga secara signifikan berpengaruh negatif terhadap peran sektor industri terhadap perekonomian Kota Tangerang. Dengan demikian, diperlukan upaya peningkatan keterbukaan ekonomi melalui kegiatan ekspor dan impor, peningkatan investasi non bangunan, dan pengendalian tingkat harga untuk mengatasi fenomena deindustrialisasi di Kota Tangerang. Kata kunci: deindustrialisasi, investasi, keterbukaan ekonomi, tingkat harga ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze phenomenon of deindustrialization in Tangerang City and influencing factors. This study uses multiple regression analysis. The result of analysis shows that phenomenon of deindustrialization is occured in Tangerang City which is showed by decreasing of industry sector’s share to the economy of Tangerang City during period 2010-2018. The result of estimation by using multiple regression analysis shows that economic openness significantly give positive influence to share of industry sector to the economy of Tangerang City. While, share of investment and price level significantly give negative influence to share of industry sector to the economy of Tangerang City. So, the effort to increase economic openness through export and import activity, increase non-building investment, and control price level to handle the phenomenon of deindustrialization in Tangerang City. Abstract

Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) telah menjadi sumber daya baru bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh akses teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data panel delapan kabupaten/ kota di Provinsi Banten tahun 2015-2019. Hasil estimasi dengan random effect model menunjukkan bahwa akses teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang diukur dengan variabel persentase pengguna komputer, internet, dan telepon seluler secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Banten. Dengan demikian, pemerintah perlu meningkatkan infrastruktur teknologi informasi dan komunikasi pada seluruh kanupaten/ kota di Provinsi Banten disertai upaya peningkatan kualitas penduduk dan tenaga kerja dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. ABSTRACT Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has become a new resource for economic growth. This study aims to analyze the effect of access to information and communication technology (ICT) on economic growth in Banten Province. This study used panel data analysis of eight regencies/ cities in Banten Province period 2015-2019. The estimation results using the random effect model show that access to information and communication technology measured by the variable percentage of computer, internet, and cellular phone users has a significant positive effect on the economic growth of regencies/ cities in Banten Province. Thus, the government needs to improve information and communication technology infrastructure in all regencies/ cities in Banten Province along with efforts to improve the quality of the population and labors in the use of information and communication technology.

Abstract

Kesehatan telah menjadi salah satu kebutuhan dasar manusia. Tenaga kesehatan memiliki peranan penting terutama dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang maksimal kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis rasio tenaga kesehatan serta kaitannya dengan kualitas kesehatan penduduk Provinsi Aceh tahun 2019 yang diukur dengan angka kesakitan dan angka harapan hidup. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat disparitas ketersediaan tenaga kesehatan baik dokter maupun non dokter (bidan dan perawat) pada kabupaten/ kota di Provinsi Aceh tahun 2019. Dengan analisis jalur, diperoleh informasi bahwa rasio tenaga kesehatan dokter secara signifikan berpengaruh langsung terhadap angka harapan hidup kabupaten/ kota di Provinsi Aceh. Kemudian, rasio tenaga kesehatan non dokter secara signifikan berpengaruh langsung terhadap angka kesakitan penduduk dan berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap angka harapan hidup kabupaten/ kota di Provinsi Aceh. Dengan demikian, diperlukan penambahan tenaga kesehatan baik dokter maupun non dokter (bidan dan perawat) khususnya bagi daerah-daerah yang masih memiliki rasio tenaga kesehatan belum ideal.
