Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh struktur kepemilikan terhadap nilai perus-ahaan dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel moderat. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perus-ahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh 36 perusahaan sebagai sampel. An-alisis regresi berganda telah digunakan untuk menguji semua hipotesis dengan perangkat lunak yang dise-but Eviews 11. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan; kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan; kebijakan divi-den tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan antara kepemilikan manajerial dan nilai perusahaan; kebijakan divi-den dapat memoderasi hubungan antara kepemilikan institusional dan nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem dan kegunaan terhadap kinerja melalui keberhasilan HRIS di PT. Bank Ganesha Tbk. Pengujian hipotesis da-lam penelitian ini menggunakan metode SEM yang didukung oleh aplikasi SPSS 21 dan AMOS 22. Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 variabel independen dengan variabel intervening keberhasilan HRIS dan variabel dependen kinerja. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 135 pegawai Bank Ganesha. Karakteristik sampel yang ditentukan dalam penelitian ini meliputi pegawai tetap, telah bekerja minimal 1 tahun dan menggunakan BIPO HRMS. Berdasarkan hasil penyaringan responden yang telah dilakukan, ditetapkan bahwa hanya 129 dari 135 responden yang memenuhi syarat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Kualitas Informasi ber-pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Keberhasilan HRIS, 2) Sistem Kualitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap Keberhasilan HRIS, 3) Kegunaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keberhasilan HRIS, 4) Keber-hasilan HRIS tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, 5) Kualitas Informasi berpengaruh negatif signifikan ter-hadap kinerja melalui Keberhasilan HRIS, 6) Kualitas Sistem menghasilkan berpengaruh positif signifikan langsung terhadap kinerja, 7) Kegunaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui HRIS Suc-cess.

Abstract

Penelitian Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beberapa variabel terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pengemudi Go-Jek. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 120 pengemudi ojek online di Jakarta yang telah memenuhi kriteria yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dalam penelitian ini variabel eksogen yang digunakan adalah motivasi, lingkungan kerja, kompetensi, dan kompensasi karena variabel tersebut merupakan faktor psikologis yang dapat mempengaruhi variabel endogen yaitu kepuasan kerja dan kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampel dan kuesioner sebagai sumber utama. Penelitian ini menggunakan 24 indikator pernyataan dengan skala interval likert 1-6. Pengambilan sampel dan analisis hasil menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan 21 tools AMOS. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasilnya adalah; 1) Motivasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. 2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signif-ikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. 3) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. 4) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. 5) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. 6) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. 7) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. 8) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. 9) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

Indonesia as the largest coffee producer in the world, but Indonesia citizens prefer to consume coffee from other countries rather than Indonesia coffee. The purpose of this study is to know the influence of per-ceived organizational support and core self-evaluation on job performance through job engagement and organizational citizenship behaviour. This research is categorized as survey research with descriptive analysis method by taking a sample and using a questionnaire as the main data. The sample has been col-lect 142 employees from 250 employees of PT. Anomali Coffee Indonesia. The respondents are chosen by using non-probability sampling and convenience sampling techniques. The results of the analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and its result would be summarized as below: 1). Perceive Organiza-tional has positive and significant Job Engagement 2). Core Self Evaluation has positive and significant to Job Engagement 3). Job Engagement has positive and significant to Organizational Citizenship Behavior 4). Organizational Citizenship Behavior has positive and significant to Job Performance.

Abstract

The objectives of this activity include: exploring the problems faced by MSMEs during the second year of the Covid-19 pandemic; identify problems that occur in MSMEs in DKI Jakarta in a pandemic condition (New Normal); provide an overview and training in making QRIS for MSMEs in DKI Jakarta; provide strategic management tips so that they can survive and even develop unexpected opportunities; provide continuous assistance and monitoring to MSMEs assisted by P3D which have been carried out after entering the New Normal period. QRIS socialization is one of the efforts made by the government to respond to the changes that occur, especially to the very rapid development of information technology. QRIS socialization was carried out for MSME actors in the DKI Jakarta area in collaboration with Bank Indonesia Jakarta Branch, P3D DKI Jakarta. The method used in this activity is in the form of socializing the use of QRIS which will be applied by Bank Indonesia to MSME players in the DKI Jakarta area. In this outreach activity, MSME participants received training on: how to solve problems, entrepreneurship, digital transformation, and change management.

Abstract

Previous research has proven the influence between interest rates, inflation, exchange rate, trade balance, industrial production index on stock prices. By using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model approach and the 13 companies listed on the IDX, in this study, we will look deeper into the dynamics of long-term and short-term relationships for the aforementioned variables. The research period starts from January 2015 to December 2019, during which time there were many global upheavals that had a considerable impact on the Indonesian economy, through the ARDL model of interest rates, inflation, exchange rate, trade balance, industrial production index, and stock prices are proven to have long-term cointegration or move together in the long term. But not only in the long run, but these seven variables also have a dynamic short-term relationship that has a sufficient speed of adjustment towards equilibrium per month.

Abstract

his study aims to: (1) to know and analyze the extent of volatility (vulnerability) of sharia banking industry in Indonesia in the face of competition (2) to know and analyze factors affecting vulnerability of sharia commercial banks; (3) to know and analyze the extent of sustainable development of sharia banking industry to Indonesia's economic development.The research conducted to measure the vulnerability (volatility) of proto folio of syariah bank using observation period 2015, and the data used is cross section data. The research design used in this research is quantitative research, using asset dimension (asset portfolio, liability portfolio, equity portfolio) and stressor (pressure, including: credit risk, market risk, and liquidity risk).The activity plan of this research is: in the initial stage of conducting theoretical study related to the vulnerability related to banking especially BUS; The next step is to determine the asset and stressor dimensions associated with the BUS; Further determine the indicators related to assets and stressors; The next step performs calculations to determine the index of each BUS as well as the dimensions that affect the vulnerabilities faced by each BUS.Target expected outcomes can be generated from this research is: for the object of research (BUS) provide a solution for BUS to deal with and overcome the vulnerabilities encountered and policies that must be done. For policy makers, the results of this study are expected to provide input in decision-making and other policies.Measurement of vulnerability to be performed related to banking operations in the face of competition and the continuity of BUS in Indonesia. The outcomes of this study are expected to be included in Bank Indonesia journals, the selection of this journal is based on studies conducted in the banking sector, especially BUS in Indonesia.

Abstract

Macroeconomic variables often have an impact on stock price volatility and this is needed especially to determine stock price policies in the future. The approach used to see the extent of the volatility of macroeconomic variables on stock prices is the ARCH/GARCH model. This study aims to analyze the nature of stock price volatility in the food and beverage industry in Indonesia using ARCH/GARCH. The data used in this study is secondary data, namely the stock prices of food and beverage industry companies during the period January 2015 to May 2021. The analysis of stock price volatility was carried out with the help of the Eviews 9 software. The results showed the characteristics of the stock price volatility of food and beverage companies based on the ARCH model. /GARCH is quite risky in the short term but not in the long term (indicated by macroeconomic variables of exchange rates, short-term interest rates), so that stock price movements can be anticipated as an early warning system of an increase or decrease in stock prices in the sector. In addition, it can be estimated that the volatility of stock prices in the future is moderate with changes in macroeconomic variables. For policy makers to anticipate changes in macroeconomic variables in certain situations, such as during the current Covid 19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) mechanisms on Banking Financial Performance with Risk Management as a intervening variable. GCG in this study is measured by three indicators namely Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, and the Proportion of Independ-ent Board of Commissioners, while the Banking Financial Performance is measured by Return on Asset (ROA), and Risk Management is measured by Non Performing Loan (NPL). The population in this study are all banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016 - 2019. The sample in this study was selected using purposive sampling which obtained a sample of 19 banks from a total of 43 banks that were used as sample in this study. Data analysis techniques in this study using panel data analy-sis. The results of this study stated that Managerial Ownership and the Proportion of Independent Board of Commissioners partially have a negative effect on Banking Financial Performance. While Institutional Ownership does not have an effect on Banking Financial Performance. Risk Management as a intervening variable can affect the relationship between Managerial Ownership with Banking Financial Performance and the relationship between the Proportion of Independent Board of Commissioners with Banking Finan-cial Performance. However, Risk Management cannot affect the relationship between Institutional Owner-ship with Banking Financial Performance.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture, Leadership and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. The sample used in this study found 30 permanent employees. In this study, data collection was carried out using primary data by distributing it in the form of Google Forms for permanent employees of PT. X. The data processing method in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) and is processed using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of the analysis show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on leadership, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, leadership has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership and work motivation also play a mediating role between organizational culture and employee performance. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Organizational Culture, Leadership dan Work Motivation terhadap Employee Performance. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang karyawan tetap. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah menggunakan data primer dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dalam bentuk Google Forms kepada karyawan tetap PT. X. Metode pengolahan data dalam penelitian menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dan diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa organizational culture berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap leadership, organizational culture berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work motivation, leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work motivation, leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance, work motivation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance. Leadership dan work motivation juga memainkan peran mediasi antara organizational culture dan employee performance
