<![CDATA[Karakter wirausaha merupakan salah satu komponen penting untuk dikembangkan saat ini. Para alumni perguruan tinggi perlu untuk mengembangkan jiwa wirausaha mereka di lingkungan kampus sebagai salah satu keterampilan yang diperlukan saat lulus nantinya. Lulusan kelompok terdidik inilah yang diharapkan mampu menyerap tenaga kerja di lingkungan sekitar mereka melalui penciptaan usaha baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara mendalam potensi minat mahasiswa untuk bisa berwirausaha. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian kualitatif pendekatan fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat adanya tingkat literasi ekonomi yang baik dapat memberikan kematangan berpikir utamanya dalam membuat keputusan, memecahkan masalah- masalah dalam kegiatan ekonomi. <![CDATA[Koperasi syariah merupakan koperasi yang dikelola menggunakan prinsip-prinip syariah. Temuan observasi penelitian koperasi syariah Sidogiri Capem Yosowilangun mengutamakan kenyamanan berinteraksi dengan anggota terutama dalam kegiatan pembiayaan yang mengalami kesulitan. Bentuk pengembangan usaha anggota, Koperasi Sidogir Capem Yosowilangun menggunakan sistembagi hasil yang sesuai dengan ajaran syariat Islam serta tidak menggunakan imbalan bunga seperti bank atau koperasi konvensional pada umumnya. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Informan penelitian ini yaitu pengelola koperasi sidogiri dan masyarakat Desa Yosowilangun Lor Kecamatan Yosowilangun Kabupaten Lumajang yang menjadi anggota koperasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data yang di gunakan yaitu dengan reduksi data, display data, verifikasi data penelitian. Keabsahan data menggunakan kredibility, transfersibility, dependibility, dan konfirmability. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pemahaman masyarakat terhadap koperasi syariah sudah baik dimana masyarakat mampu menjelaskan bahwa bentuk pengelolaan koperasi syariah dan (2) strategi koperasi syariah dalam memberdayakan masyarakat ekonomi lemah ditunjukkan dengan melakukan upaya jemput bola terhadap anggota/nasabah yang perekonomiannya lemah untuk berbisnis atau berwirausaha. Saran (1) Bagi Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi STKIP PGRI Lumajang diharapkan mampu memberikan referensi yang berkaitan dengan strategi koperasi syariah dalam memberdayakan masyarakat ekonomi lemah. (2) Bagi pengelola koperasi dihararapkan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat sehingga kedepan mampu memperkenalkan ekonomi syariah kepada masyarakatt lebih luas. Terakhir (3) Bagi anggota koperasi diharapkan mampu memilih produk koperasi sesuai kebutuhannya dalam upaya meningkatkan perekonomian mereka yang diharapkan dapat ikut andil dalam mengangkat dan memperkenalkan ekonomi syariah kepada masyarakat lebih luas.]]>

<![CDATA[Mitra program ini adalah BKKBN desa Tukum Kabupaten Lumajang. Di desa ini, banyak ditemukan pengendalian jumlah anak yang tidak stabil sehingga pihak BKKBN desa Tukum harus berperan ekstra demi menyadarkan masyarakat terkait program peningkatan pembangunan manusia yang meliputi pola hidup sehat, pengetahuan, serta standar hidup layak. Permasalahan selama ini disebabkan karena pihak BKKBN kesulitan mengumpulkan warga untuk memberikan sosialisasi berkala terkait programnya. Tim lapangan BKKBN yang jumlahnya hanya dua orang, selama ini harus berjuang door to door menemui warganya. Nyatanya pemahaman yang kurang dari beberapa bagian warga desa Tukum disebabkan rasa acuh atas himbauan BKKBN yang membuat mereka tidak sepenuhnya mengerti apa yang harus dilakukan jikalau jumlah anggota keluarga bertambah namun tidak mampu mewujudkan hidup yang layak bagi keluarga mereka. Tidak meratanya informasi karena jangkauan tim lapangan BKKBN yang terbatas menyebabkan permasalahan angka kelahiran tidak pernah selesai. Kondisi ini membuat tim lapangan BKKBN resah karena pertambahan angka kelahiran tiap tahun yang selalu meningkat, meskipun selama ini mereka berjuang keras menyadarkan masyarakat tentang pentingnya membuat program berencana bagi kehidupan. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bekerja sama dengan mahasiswa KKN angkatan 2015, sosialisasi program BKKBN sangat terbantu. Penyuluhan berkala yang ditutup dengan diskusi bersama warga membuat BKKBN mampu diterima oleh warga desa.]]>

<![CDATA[loan shark services being commonly seen in traditional markets. The offer of loan shark financial services in the form of easy loans has made many traders easily tempted to take express loans without thinking about the impact. This impact starts from high loan interest, which causes the borrower to have difficulty repaying loan funds. The purpose of this study is to find out more about the formation of cooperatives and the strategy of managing market cooperatives in reducing dependence on traders in traditional markets using loan shark services. The research approach uses qualitative narrative by describing the history of the formation of market cooperatives to the cooperative manager's strategy in attracting traders who for years have used loan shark services to cover all funding needs. The results showed that the formation of a market cooperative was due to the demands of the Probolinggo district government where every market was required to have a cooperative. With courage, honesty and strong determination, cooperative managers believe they can develop cooperatives to eliminate moneylender transactions among traders. Meanwhile, the strategy used is in the form of a familial approach with trust capital among the Bayeman Market traders who are members of the market association organization. Research suggestions for the Probolinggo Regency government through the information on the results of this study can provide real support for policies to develop market cooperatives such as those that have been formed according to the initial commitment.Keywords: : market cooperatives; minimize bank tithil]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this PKM activity is a workforce that has not worked in Bedayu village, Senduro sub-district, Lumajang Regency. So far, entrepreneurship has been conveyed only through socialization to increase public awareness about the importance of entrepreneurship as a way to reduce high unemployment. But in reality socialization alone is not enough to make people motivated and interested in entrepreneurship. The method of implementing the PKM Economic Education Study Program embodies the entrepreneurship workshop program in a combination of hard skills and soft skills in the form of a combination of educational socialization about entrepreneurship and training to manage the potential of the Bedayu village area to improve the economic status of the community. The human resource competency program (hardskill) is related to how to cultivate the potential of the Bedayu community. While soft skills are related to the development of simple entrepreneurship that can be done in the easiest way accompanied by how to package and calculate the profits to be gained. The result of community service activities is the achievement of soft beds from the Bedayu village community for their interest in carrying out home-based entrepreneurial activities by creating business opportunities in the form of coffee products and marketing outside the Bedayu region]]>

<![CDATA[The higher education process has changed rapidly; one of them is the emergence of the Independent State Learning program at the Merdeka Campus, where this program provides flexibility for students and lecturers to add insight and experience to see new circumstances, new places, through virtual activities. The purpose of this study is to understand more deeply the effectiveness of using Microsoft Teams as a distance learning medium during PJJ collaborative activities between STKIP PGRI Lumajang and STKIP Bima. The research method chosen is qualitative using a phenomenological approach. There were fourteen informants in this study. The key informants of this research were the Head of the Economic Education Study Program and Academic Advisory Lecturers and students who were members of the PJJ collaboration between STKIP PGRI Lumajang and STKIP Bima who took general courses and entrepreneurship. The results showed that STKIP PGRI Lumajang partner students could expand their knowledge and experience by participating in independent study programs at independent campuses. Students have the right to study outside the Main College. Students gain new knowledge outside the main campus. Students get new friends to exchange ideas outside of campus. Instructors focus more on teaching students by creating a creative learning environment. Dose shares his knowledge with students outside the main College. <![CDATA[The involvement of teaching materials for the ongoing teaching and learning activities in schools is very important, especially teaching materials that have appeal and are arranged creatively for use by students. This attraction will encourage students to be more enthusiastic about learning. The motivations of students are inseparable from the role of educators in choosing teaching materials that are appropriate to the needs of their students. Educators also need to develop self-creativity to be able to create creative teaching materials. Teaching materials in the form of teaching books are generally in the form of textbooks and student worksheets so that the tendency of students to be lazy and bored in learning appears. Therefore we need teaching materials that have more appeal so students can easily understand. One of the creative teaching materials that can be developed is a three-dimensional textbook that can be used for students entering the age of children to adolescents. This textbook is intended to motivate students to be more active in reading so that they are able to link the examples presented in the book into real conditions in the surrounding environment.]]>

<![CDATA[Digitalization is developing rapidly in the community, but not all levels of society can use technology properly including students. So that it needs an active role of universities in directing students to be more effective in using technology as a learning support facility. The purpose of the study was to determine the extent to which the use of e-learning in the Economic Education Study Program of STKIP PGRI Lumajang can spur student academic activities on an ongoing basis so as to improve the quality of learning. This type of research uses a qualitative phenomenological approach. The research method uses in-depth interviews, observations and questionnaires. Found the results of the first study, most of the students of Economic Education Study Program were able to use e-learning well. Second, the intensity of e-learning media usage is not routinely fully used by students because not all subjects are given through e-learning media. Finally, the use of e-learning media provides an attraction to encourage students to be more active, more effective in understanding the material, more efficient in terms of time and cost. The main problem that arises is the unstable internet network connectivity because most student residences are in locations that are difficult to reach with a strong internet network so they have to struggle more to be able to access e-learning.]]>
