Abstract

This qualitative research aims to analyze the revitalization of the Kyai Langgeng Park (Taman Kyai Langgeng or TKL), a city tourism destination in Magelang City after the COVID-19. The research location was carried out at the Magelang City which was affected by the COVID-19. The results of data analysis using an interactive model show that the revitalization carried out by the management of TKL includes physical intervention, economic, social and institutional rehabilitation. In carrying out the revitalization of TKL, managers are constrained by limited human resources and budget. Revitalization efforts continue to be carried out by the management of TKL in order to increase the number of tourists and regional original income of Magelang City in accordance with the company's vision and mission.

Abstract

The number of Civil Servants in Magelang Regency as of 2020 is 6,932 people. Apart from that, the influx of additional personnel is 2,213 Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK). Based on this data, it creates an opportunity for BKPPD Magelang Regency to hold a Career Development program for State Civil Apparatus to be able to improve employee performance by filling strategic positions in the government such as functional positions and other positions and ranks. This research aims to explain and analyze the role of the Personnel, Education and Training Agency (BKPPD) in the career development of civil servants in the Magelang Regency environment. The research was carried out using qualitative research methods and was based on Jim Ife's role theory, namely the facilitative role and technical role and used purposive sampling and simple random sampling informant selection techniques. The research results show that the steps taken by the BKPPD of Magelang Regency, namely as a facilitator, include a functional position development program and structuring of ASN starting from increasing capabilities through education and training to improving services through service innovation such as providing administrative services which are not only implemented on the table but are already implemented. innovate with technological developments and are supported by technical activities through self-development activities such as through education and training activities which aim to shape the character of ASN so that they have the spirit of being a public servant while at the same time enhancing the integrity and professionalism of ASN's performance. Abstract

E-procurement transformation aims to increase effectiveness and efficiency in order to minimize budget expenditure while obtaining the goods/services needed at reasonable and cheap prices with the best quality. In 2023, the Magelang City Government received an award as the best goods/services procurement manager in Central Java, however, there are obstacles such as employees still having difficulty operating E-procurement, resulting in procurement ineffectiveness and inefficiency. These constraints support the confirmation of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT 2) model. The aim of the research is to identify the influence of variables in the UTAUT 2 model on the implementation of E-procurement by government goods/services procurement employees in Magelang City. This research uses a confirmatory quantitative method with a cross-sectional design processed using PLS-SEM. The research results show that there are 4 accepted hypotheses, including Social Influence and Habit have a significant effect on Behavioral Intention, and Facilitating Conditions and Behavioral Intention have a significant effect on Use Behavior. Meanwhile, the 6 hypotheses that were rejected, namely Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Facilitating Condition, Hedonic, and Price Value, had no significant effect on Behavioral Intention, and Habit had no significant effect on Use Behavior. Suggestions that can be given to increase the adoption of E-Procurement acceptance are by conducting regular and periodic outreach and training.

Abstract

The zoning system policy is a government policy on yhe  implementation of PPDB which is based on the radius of the educational unit zone with the student’s place of residence  which aims to provide students with equal opportunities to recive quality educational services and eliminate discrimination. However, in implementing the zoning system policy there are still several problems. This can be seen in the PPDB by implementing the zoning system policy at Majenang 1st State High School which still found several problems, including the discovery of data manipulation by prospective new students. Apart from that, there are still cases of domicile migration. The purpose of this study is to determine  how much influence the zoning system policy has on the level of student satisfaction at Majenang 1st State High School . This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey research method. The population in this study was all students at Majenang 1st State High School, totaling around 1.140 students. The sample selection technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling with calculations using the Slovin formula, the result of which was 100 respondents. This study shows that there is a strong and positive relationship between the zoning system policy variable and the satisfaction level variable, where the zoning system policy has an effect of 47.3% on the satisfaction level variable.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kinerja adalah target atau hasil yang dicapai oleh seseorang atau kelompok orang dalam suatu organisasi kerja sesuai dengan tanggung jawab masing-masing. Kualitas kehidupan kerja perawat menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab menurunya kinerja. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja perawat, rumah sakit harus mampu memperhatikan dan memberikan kualitas kehidupan kerja yang baik bagi perawat. Tujuan: Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas kehidupan kerja perawat dengan kinerja perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional. Menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, jumlah sampel 62 responden. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji korelasi Kendall Tau. Hasil: Sebagian besar perawat RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta memiliki kualitas kehidupan kerja perawat yang cukup baik sebanyak 60 responden (96.8%), dan sebagian besar perawat memiliki tingkat kinerja cukup baik sebanyak 60 responden (96.8%). Hasil Uji Kendall Tau nilai p = 0.000 (α= 0.05), dengan nilai r-hitung =  0.496 dengan kekuatan korelasi cukup. Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan signifikan dari kualitas kehidupan kerja perawat dengan kinerja perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit penyebab utama kematian, penyakit ini tidak disertai gejalanya terlebih dahulu sebagai tanda terkena hipertensi. Pada pasien hipertensi dibutuhkan kepatuhan minum obat dalam menangani penyakit ini, sehingga dapat menurunkan resiko terjadinya komplikasi hingga kematian. Kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien hipertensi dipengaruhi oleh peran perawat sebagai edukator. Peran perawat sebagai pendidik sangat penting bagi pasien karena tidak hanya bertanggung jawab memberikan pelayanan, namun juga berperan sebagai caregiver yang memberikan atau menyebarkan informasi kesehatan untuk memastikan kepatuhan pengobatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan perawat edukator dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien hipertensi di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan pendekatan Cross-sectional. Subjek penelitian ini merupakan pasien hipertensi di Poli Jantung Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping sebanyak 62 responden, dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perawat  edukator di Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping kategori baik sebanyak 40 responden (64.5%) dan kepatuhan minum obat sedang sebanyak 30 responden (48.4%). Hasil uji Spearman Rank, diperoleh bahwa nilai signifikansinya  (0.001<0.05). Disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan perawat edukator dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien hipertensi di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping
