Abstract

ABSTRAKPengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Tim dengan Mitra bertolak pada permasalahan prioritas yang disepakati antara Tim dengan Mitra, yaitu belum adanya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dari mitra tentang Manajemen Badan Usaha Milik Negeri yang baik dan berkualitas, agar Mitra memiliki pengetahuan dan ketrampilan yang memadai untuk diimplementasikan dalam Manajemen Badan Usaha Milik Negeri Lowpano. Karena itu, Tim melakukannya dalam tiga tahapan, yaitu: (1) tahapan persiapan, adalah tahap pembentukan Tim, identifikasi mitra, wawancara, dan analisis kebutuhan, (2) tahapan pelaksanaan, adalah tahapan memberikan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan tentang Manajemen Badan Usaha Milik Negeri kepada Mitra, dan (3) tahapan evaluasi dan tindak lanjut, adalah tahapan mengevaluasi dan tindak lanjut dari kegiatan yang dilakukan. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah Pengetahuan dan ketrampilan Mitra meningkat dari 25 persen menjadi 80 persen tentang Manajemen Manajemen Badan Usaha Milik Negeri yang baik dan berkualitas, agar Mitra dapat menggunakan dan mengimplementasi Manajemen tersebut dalam BUMNeg Lowpano, sehingga dapat menjadi penyokong terciptanya kemandirian Negeri Tehua. Kata Kunci: Badan Usaha Milik Negeri Lowpano; Manajemen; Mitra; Negeri Tehua; Sosialisasi           ABSTRACTThe community service which was done by team and partner departs from the agreed priority issues between the team and the partner that is the lack of knowledge and skills of partners regarding good and qualified management of village-owned enterprise, so that the partner might have an adequate knowledge and skills to be implemented in Lowpano management of village-owned enterprise. Then the team did the service in three phases, they are: 1) the preaparation which was divided to composing the team, identifying partners, interviewing, and analyzing the needs. 2) The realization phase where the partners were provided with knowledges and skills of management of village-owned enterpises, and 3) the evaluation and follow-up phase. Here the activities were evaluation and the follow-up of the activities were determined. The obtained result was the knowledge and the skill of the partners increased from 25% to 80% on the good and qualified management of state-owned enterprise then the partner might apply and implement the management to management of village-owned enterprise Lowpano so that it could support the self-sustaining of Tehua Village. Keywords: The Village-owned Enterprise Lowpano; Management; Partner; Tehua Village; Socialization

Abstract

This study departs from the social conflict in Maluku in 1999. The conflict separated the Christian and Muslim communities in Tehoru and Telutih Districts, Central Maluku, Indonesia. Then, the Regional Government of Central Maluku Regency reconciled by returning the Christian community to both Districts. However, the Christian community still felt anxious and insecure because peace is only carried out by the Government Agency. Both communities created Tahuri symbol as a peace symbol between them.  In 2014, they made Tahuri monument, and it was inaugurated on December 7, 2016. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to find the meaning of Tahuri symbol as peace of Christian and Muslim communities in  Tehoru and Telutih Districts. The focus of this study the peace symbol created by both communities of Tehoru and Telutih. This study employs Symbolic Anthropology to find the meaning of symbols accepted by humans through relations with others and their natural world. Data gathered through observation and interviews in both districts and presented using a descriptive analysis model. The result shows that Tahuri symbol has two important principles: the inclusive principle and mutual trust principle. Besides, for the Christian and Muslim communities, the Tahuri symbol means collective identity and social cohesion. Both communities contextualized these two principles and meanings in their social and religious life so that social and religious dynamics cannot reduce them. They live in harmony. The peace through the Tahuri symbol is maintained to this day.

Abstract

This research focuses on the method of anti-corruption practiced by the Christians and Moslems family in Ambon, using qualitative analysis. The result shows that the cultivating method of anti-corruption which is used in the Christians and Moslems family in Ambon is still giving advice only. I suggest the reciprocal method as an alternative for the Christians and Moslems family in Ambon to cultivate the anti-corruption. There some steps of the reciprocal process, i.e., parents firstly give the understanding to the children, they then can make their questions in a dialog. The children will be given an opportunity to identify the corruption problem, and the new question will arise and then produce an idea that can be developed and practiced. Both parents and children finally are asked to keep away from the corruption. It will be one of the solutions to the Christians and Moslems family to avoid the corruption.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the Christian function and response toward the tradition of summoning the Totem (Upu) prior to the traditional rite in the Baileo of the community of Hutumuri Village. This study applies a qualitative research method which emphasizes the functions that emerge from problems in the community, and they were responded with contextual theology. The data used as the materials for analysis are obtained through interviews with the king and the traditional leaders in Hutumuri Village. The findings of this study indicate that the tradition of summoning the Totem, which is perpetually practiced by the community of Hutumuri village, is closely connected with several functions in the community’s life, such as the function of Soa identity, kinship, and morals. These functions are responded in Christian perspective such as contextual theology, so they bear the transformation, i.e., the functions of social identity and kinship have become the symbol of God’s Kingdom, and the moral function has turned to a creation-oriented spirituality. Thus, the tradition of summoning the Totem in the community of Hutumuri village is a culture that continues to be preserved as it has cultural and religious functions, which are valuable to promote harmony and balance in the community of Hutumuri village.

Abstract

This research examines the Hutumuri congregation's understanding of Hahuneng, with the aim of analyzing the congregation's understanding of Hahuneng, then the method used is theological research method, with the following steps: first, conducting qualitative research and using interviews as a data collection technique, and analyzing, and the process of interpretation and communication of values ​​and contexts in the life of a congregation and conducting theological normative evaluations using contextual theology anthropological models, because they are centered on the values ​​and goodness of human culture. The result obtained is that Hahuneng is understood by the Hutumuri congregation/community as a fellowship, because togetherness between soa in the Hutumuri Country, becomes an important value for the creation of social harmony in the GPM Hutumuri Congregation, so that life is always colored with harmony, peace and mutual respect. and are willing to work together for the common good over the interests of soa; respect for Upu Ila Kahuresi and the spirits of the dead / ancestors, respect for the ancestors are values ​​that are of great concern and must be a force that is firmly planted in the personality of each Congregation; and third, sacredness. Sacredness is always associated with beliefs in the unseen, mystical, supernatural, and made the norm together as moral values.

Abstract

Mitra dalam program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah Bengkel Dico Celup (Water Transfer Printing), dengan nama MJ Art Painting Hydrographyc. Bengkel tersebut merupakan satu-satunya bengkel yang terdapat di Desa Galala, Kecamatan Sirimau, dan aktivitasnya berlangsung sejak tahun 2016, dengan tiga orang tenaga kerja, maka Dua permasalahan prioritas yang akan diselesaikan pada program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini, yaitu: 1). Belum adanya mesin yang dipergunakan untuk proses pengamplasan onderdil motor. Selama ini, proses pengampalasan masih mempergunakan sistem maual, padahal proses tersebut menjadi proses utama dalam setiap pentahapan aktivitas Dico Celup (Water Transfer Printing); dan 2). Belum adanya Pembukuan yang memadai untuk proses pencatatan pemasukan dan pengeluaran. Selama ini, mitra tidak mencatat setiap pemasukan dan pengeluaran yang berlangsung, sehingga sulit untuk mengetahui keuntungan dalam setiap produk yang dihasilkan; baik selama satu bulan maupun satu tahun, maka solusi terhadap permasalahan pertama adalah: 1). Pengadaan Mesin untuk proses Pengamplasan dan kedua Mesin amplas dapat meningkatkan produktivitas, sehingga perusahaan mengalami peningkatan produktivitas sebesar 107,4%; sedangkan solusi terhadap permasalahan kedua adalah Pembukuan sederhana untuk bengkel Dico Celup (Water Transfer Printing). Solusi terhadap permasalahan di atas bisa tercapai dengan baik, maka kegiatannya dilaksanakan dalam beberapa tahap, yaitu: 1). Tahap Analisis Kebutuhan Mitra; 2). Tahap Pengembangan Pengamplasan secara Manual dengan Mesin Pengamplasan; 3). Tahap Penyediaan Fasilitas Pendukung (Mesin Amplas); 4). Tahap Pelatihan Penggunaan Mesin Pengamplasan dan Pelatihan Pembukuan Keuangan; dan 5). Tahap Monitoring dan Evaluasi Kegiatan, dan target luaran yang hendak dicapai adalah publikasi pada Jurnal Elektronik Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat UKIM, Video Kegiatan yang diunggah ke Youtube.com, dan Buku Pembukuan Keuangan Sederhana.
