Abstract

This devotion aims to madrasah teachers in the city of Semarang able to develop web based assessment and able to improve the quality of process and learning outcomes. Devotion is done by providing training and assistance of web-based automated assessment (web based assessment) to madrasah teachers in Semarang city. The training was conducted in Physics Computational Laboratory of Physics Department of UIN Walisongo Semarang. Web-based automated assessment exercises (web basedassesment) are conducted using schoology. The result of this program of devotion is the training activity of making web basedassesment has been able to increase the competence and teachers of madrasah aliyah in Semarang city and develop web based automatic assessment in madrasah. Secondly, through teacher training activities can improve the ability in developing online learning media as an independent learning media for students.  Teachers who have received training are expected to pass on their knowledge to teachers in their respective schools. Pengabdian ini bertujuan agar guru-guru madrasah di kota Semarang mampu mengembangkan web based assesment serta mampu meningkatkan kualitas proses dan hasil pembelajaran. Pengabdian dilakukan dengan mengadakan pelatihan dan pendampingan penilaian otomatis berbasis web (web based assesment) kepada guru-guru madrasah se kota Semarang. Pelatihan dilaksanakan di laboratorium Fisika komputasi Jurusan Fisika UIN Walisongo Semarang. Pelatihan penilaian otomatis berbasis web (web basedassesment) dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan schoology. Hasil dari program pengabdian ini adalah kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan web basedassesment telah mampu meningkatkan kompetensi dan guru-guru madrasah aliyah di kota Semarang dan mengembangkan penilaian otomatis berbasis web di madrasah. Kedua, melalui kegiatan Pelatihan guru mampu meningkatkan kemampuan dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran online sebagai media pembelajaran mandiri bagi siswa. Guru yang telah mendapatkan pelatihan diharapkan dapat menularkan ilmunya kepada para guru di sekolah masing-masing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility and the effectiveness of using a video tracker application for practicum of physics 1 on momentum conservation. This is included in research and development type. Stages carried out in this study include: 1) define, is done by giving questionnaires and interviews, 2) design, includes media selection, format selection and produce the initial product design, 3) development, includes product development and material expert validation assessment, media experts and linguists and limited field testing. The validation test results obtained that the media is feasible to use with a percentage of 88% based on material experts with very good categories, 85% based on media experts with very good categories, and 78% based on linguists with good categories. The effectiveness of media is shown by high average value of the experimental class of 84,06 compared to the control class of 70,97. Student responses to the use of products are categorized very well with a percentage of 89%.

Abstract

Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru di masa pandemi adalah dengan mengadakan pelatihan praktikum fisika bersama Unity of Science (UoS) dan pendampingan pengambilan data pengamatan berbasis aplikasi PhET Simulations. Paradigma UoS merupakan paradigma yang dapat diterapkan di tingkat sekolah untuk menghasilkan siswa yang dapat mengintegrasikan ilmu-ilmu. Strategi UoS yang digunakan pada pelatihan ini adalah revitalisasi kearifan lokal dan spiritualisasi Sains modern. Pelatihan ini di ikuti oleh 37 guru fisika SMP/MTs dan SMA/MA/SMK dari seluruh Indonesia. Hasil dari pelatihan ini diperoleh data pengamatan praktikum pantulan cahaya dan listrik dinamis sebanyak 37 data. Penilaian keberhasilan kegiatan pelatihan ini menggunakan angket kepuasan. Hasil survei kepuasan rata-rata, 65% peserta sangat setuju dan 35% peserta setuju. Sedangkan hasil survei manfaat kegiatan rata-rata, 69% peserta sangat setuju dan 35% peserta setuju. One of the ways to improve teacher competence during a pandemic is by holding physics practicum training with Unity of Sciences (UoS) and assisting in collecting observational data based on the PhET Simulations application. The UoS paradigm is a paradigm that can be applied at the school level to produce students who can integrate knowledge. This training uses the UoS strategy to revitalize local wisdom and spiritualize modern science. This training was attended by 37 physics teachers for SMP/MTs and SMA/MA/SMK from all over Indonesia. The results of this training obtained data from practicum observations of light reflection and dynamic electricity as much as 37 data. Assessment of the success of this training activity using a satisfaction questionnaire. On average, the satisfaction survey results showed that 65% of participants strongly agreed, and 35% agreed. While the results of the activity benefits survey on average, 69% of participants strongly agreed, and 35% of participants agreed.
