Abstract

This study aims at describing the implementation of impartial reading strategies namely collective reading, guided reading, and independent reading performed by teachers of early grades at Islamic Elementary School (MI and MIN) in six madrassas in Semarang. Implementation is conducted after the training of impartial reading is made and continued by providing assistance to teachers in creating impartial reading programs, applying impartial reading strategies, organizing the variety and types of books, and managing students in impartial reading. The program is focused on the use of books containing Islamic values as the development of modules or manuals that have been used to implement the strategy.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebijakan kepala sekolah MI Syafi’iyah Demak dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran daring bagi guru di era new normal dengan harapan peserta didik mendapatkan pendidikan yang berkualitas dan tercapai secara optimal. Metode penelitian ini menerapkan jenis kualitatif melalui studi lapangan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Objek penelitian adalah MI Syafi’iyah Demak, sedangkan kepala sekolah dan guru menjadi subjek penelitian. Sumber data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu data reduction, data display, dan verification. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah MI Syafi’iyah telah memiliki kebijakan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menerapkan pembelajaran tatap muka melalui pembatasan jumlah peserta didik sesuai protokol kesehatan. Kepala sekolah, wali kelas, guru mata pelajaran, dan wali peserta didik bekerja sama untuk menyukseskan kebijakan tersebut.AbstractThis study aimed to know the principal policies of MI Syafi'iyah Demak in implementing online learning for teachers in the new normal era, hoping that the students would get quality and optimal education. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach with field studies. The research's object was MI Syafi'iyah Demak, while the principal and teachers were the research subjects. Data sources were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used was data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results indicated that the principal of MI Syafi'iyah had the policy to implement face-to-face learning and the number of students based on the health protocol. Principals, class-teachers, subject-teachers, and guardians of the students work together to make the policy successful.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilaksanakan di MI Miftahul Akhlaqiyah Semarang ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kondisi lingkungan dengan tingkat konsentrasi belajar pada siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu kuantitatif korelasional, yang diukur dengan menggunakan angket skala likert dengan rentang skor 3-1 (setuju, ragu-ragu, dan tidak setuju). Peneliti mengambil seluruh populasi sebagai sampel sebanyak 56 siswa dari keseluruhan siswa yaitu 56 siswa yang terdiri dari kelas III A dan III B. Jenis hubungan dalam penelitian ini adalah asosiatif interaktif, yaitu hubungan antara satu variabel dengan variabel lain yang saling mempengaruhi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan uji Pearson(Product Moment) pada tarif signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dengan kategori positif (+), yang artinya semakin baik faktor kondisi lingkungan maka semakin baik pula tingkat konsentrasi belajar anak. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi antara kondisi lingkungan dengan tingkat konsentrasi belajar siswa dengan Sig. 0,000 (Sig0,05) dan nilai pearson correlation pada variabel tersebut menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,534 (rhitungrtabel) dengan nilai rtabel adalah 0,263 maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak sehingga terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dengan kategori positif antara variabel kondisi lingkungan dengan variabel tingkat konsentrasi siswa kelas III MI Miftahul Aklaqiyah Semarang.

Abstract

The study entitled the effectiveness of Mengalami-Interaksi-Komunikasi-Refleksi (MIKiR) approach on lecturers of the Tarbiyah and Teacher Training faculty (FITK) at the Walisongo State Islamic University, Semarang in the Covid-19 pandemic era and was aimed to examine the implementation of the method in a teaching mentoring program. The researchers employed a qualitative research method (field research) and collected primary data from interview data, observations, and documentation using Google Forms. The primary data collected include all documents related to the implementation and results of the mentoring program (RPS, lecture scenarios, LKM, lecture documents, etc). Secondary data consist of books and reference sources. The subjects of this study were FITK lecturers of the Walisongo State Islamic University, Semarang. Several stages of data processing were carried out: editing, classifying, verifying, analyzing, and concluding. The results showed that the mentoring program is relatively effective in helping the mentee lecturers in developing active learning using MIKiR approach.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the tahsin and tahfidz program in shaping the religious character of students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Khoiriyyah 02 Semarang. The background of this study is the importance of religious character education in an Islamic-based elementary school environment, where the habit of reading and memorizing the Qur'an is believed to be able to instill religious values effectively. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through participatory observation, interviews with teachers, and analysis of documentation of tahsin and tahfidz activities. The results of the study indicate that the tahsin and tahfidz program at MI Al Khoiriyyah 02 Semarang is implemented systematically through daily habits such as dhuha prayer, tadarus, and joint prayer before lessons. Teachers act as role models in shaping students' religious character through exemplary behavior, habits, and strengthening religious values. This program has been proven to not only improve the ability to read and memorize the Qur'an, but also foster discipline, honesty, politeness, and motivation to worship in students.
