Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan apakah keputusan pembelian konsumen rokok Sampoerna A Mild terpengaruhi oleh bauran pemasaran yang rokok Sampoerna A Mild lakukan. Permasalahan tersebut didasari dengan Peraturan Pemerintah nomor 109 tahun 2012 (PP No 109 Th 2012) tentang pengamanan bahan yang mengandung zat adiktif berupa produk tembakau bagi kesehatan dalam usahanya untuk mengurangi konsumsi rokok di Indonesia. Tetapi, meskipun pemerintah menetapkan peraturan untuk membatasi rokok, rokok Sampoerna A Mild bisa menjadi penguasa pangsa industri rokok di Indonesia berdasarkan laporan keuangan mereka dari tahun 2007 sampai tahun 2015. Di Kota Bandung, pada tahun 2016, hampir 30% pangsa pasar rokok Mild dikuasai oleh Sampoerna A Mild. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam peneltian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perokok aktif di Bandung. Jumlah sampel yang didapat adalah 100. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Rokok Sampoerna A Mild mempunyai kekuatan dalam bauran pemasaran di sub-variabel tempat. Dengan begitu, dapat diketahui bahwa konsumen dapat dengan mudah mengakses rokok Sampoerna A Mild. Rokok Sampoerna A Mild memiliki kelemahan didalam harga dimana konsumen tidak dapat menjangkau harga dari rokok Sampoerna A Mild dikarenakan harga rokok sendiri memang telah diatur oleh peraturan pemerintah. Konsumen lebih terpengaruh dalam memutuskan untuk membeli karena produk rokok Sampoerna A Mild yang terkenal akan kualitasnya dan mudahnya tempat untuk mengakses pembelian. Kata Kunci : Bauran Pemasaran, Keputusan Pembelian ABSTRACT This research is motivated by whether the consumer purchase decision Sampoerna A Mild cigarette marketing mix are affected by what Sampoerna A Mild do. Those problems constituted with Government Regulation No. 109 of 2012 (PP No. 109 Th 2012) on securing material containing addictive substances such as tobacco products for health in their efforts to reduce tobacco consumption in Indonesia. But, despite the government set rules to restrict smoking, Sampoerna A Mild cigarette could be the ruler of the share of tobacco industry in Indonesia based on their financial statements from 2007 to 2015. In Bandung, in 2016, nearly 30% cigarette Mild market share held by Sampoerna A Mild. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The population in this study were active smokers in Bandung. The number of samples is 100. The samples obtained in this study using nonprobability sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Sampoerna A Mild cigarettes have strength in the marketing mix in a sub-variables. By doing so, it can be seen that the consumer can easily access the Sampoerna A Mild cigarettes. Sampoerna A Mild cigarettes have a weakness in the price consumers can not reach the price of Sampoerna A Mild cigarette smoking because the price itself is already regulated by government regulations. Consumers are more influenced in deciding to buy as Sampoerna A Mild cigarette products renowned for their quality and how easy it is to access your purchase.. Abstract

Generation Z is the generation born after 1995 and grew up in an era of advanced technology. They have different characteristics from previous generations, such as being familiar with technology, enjoying working in teams, having a high sense of curiosity, and being hard workers. Therefore, work motivation and productivity are very important things to pay attention to in generation Z. One of the factors that influences work motivation and productivity in generation Z is the parenting style they have received since childhood. Parenting patterns can influence a person's personality development, values and attitudes towards the surrounding environment, including the work environment. The research method used was a survey with a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. Respondents in this study were generation Z employees in private companies and had worked for at least 1 year. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression techniques.
