The article briefly maps and analyzes a number of obstacles in creating interreligious harmony in Indonesia. It also offers potential solutions to be practically implemented. The writers observe that there are a number of problems which become obstacles to build interreligious harmonies such as economic and political problems, a dispute over territory, the difference of ideological doctrines, the role of the mass media, provocative and unfair (biased) journalism, and the clash among religious missionaries of each religion when they encounter one with another in the field. In the last part of the article, the writers provide an illustration of how interreligious harmony has been impressively implemented in Bali. The writers argue that interreligious life in Bali is a robust example of interreligious harmony. In addition, a number of experts consider the dynamic of interreligious life in Bali, a remarkable model of how social harmony is well managed within a plural society. One may assume that Bali is an ideal miniature of interreligious harmony in Indonesia. Therefore, it should be imitated and implemented in other regions of our country.

Abstrak: Pariwisata halal merupakan kegiatan yang didukung oleh berbagai fasilitas serta layanan yang disediakan masyarakat, pengusaha, pemerintah, yang memenuhi ketentuan syariah. Pengembangan wisata halal mulai banyak dilakukan oleh berbagai negara, baik negara dengan mayoritas muslim maupun non muslim. Wisata halal juga menarik wisatawan muslim berkunjung ke suatu objek wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana penerapan regulasi Perbup No.15 tahun 2018 dalam pengembangan wisata halal di Pantai Sembilan Gili Genting Sumenep Madura. Melalui konteks jangka panjang diharapkan kerangka dan model wisata islami ini dapat menjadi referensi dalam menyusun dan memperkokoh regulasi maupun inovasi tata kelola di wisata halal Pantai Sembilan. sehingga tujuan, sasaran dan target yang diinginkan pemerintah Kabupaten Sumenep dapat terimplementasi. Wisata halal yang ada di Sumenep adalah Pantai Sembilan yang terletak di Desa Bringsang. Pantai Sembilan resmi di buka awal Tahun 2017, adapun alasan dinamai sebagai wisata Pantai Sembilan karena bibir pantai berbentuk sembilan. Wisata Pantai Sembilan menawarkan panorama yang sangat indah sehingga pengunjung merasa senang dan menikmati indahnya pantai, sejuknya angin sepoi-ssepoi serta tersedia berbagai fasilitas. Penelitian ini menggunakaan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan situs penelitian meliputi observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi sesuai data yang di perlukan dalam tempat penelitian. Data penelitian terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh langsung terjun ke lokasi penelitian. Kata Kunci: Pariwisata Halal; Regulasi dan Pengembangan Kepariwisataan; Pantai Sembilan Abstract: Halal tourism is an activity that is supported by various facilities and services provided by the community, businessmen, government, which comply with sharia provisions. The development of halal tourism has begun to be carried out by various countries, both countries with a majority of Muslims and non-Muslims. Halal tourism also attracts Muslim tourists to visit a tourist attraction. This study aims to analyze how the application of Perbup Regulation No. 15 of 2018 in the development of halal tourism on the coast of Sembilan Gili Genting, Sumenep Madura. In the long-term context, it is hoped that the framework and model of Islamic tourism can be a reference in compiling and strengthening regulations and governance innovations in Nine Beach halal tourism. so that the goals, objectives and targets desired by the Sumenep Regency Government can be implemented. Halal tourism in Sumenep is Pantai Sembilan which is located in Bringsang Village. Nine Beach was officially opened in early 2017, which is the reason for the Nine Beach tourism because the shoreline is in the shape of nine. Nine beach tours provide very beautiful views so that visitors feel happy and enjoy beautiful beaches, cool breezes and other facilities are available. This study uses qualitative research methods with research sites including observations, interviews, and documentation according to the data required in the research place. The article is intended to elaborate the problems of dialogue among religions in mass media discourse that is occurred in Indonesia within last few years. At the end, it tries to offer alternative solutions that may be suitable with the problem. The analysis indicates that mass media has a strategic role to support the dialogue. However, the role should be followed by the awareness of the mass media to be consistent and commited to maintaining the harmony among religions. The mass media should not change its objective.

Wisata ramah muslim merupakan bentuk pengembangan usaha sektor pariwisata yang mengedepankan nilai syariah. Pulau Madura merupakan salah satu wilayah dengan banyak destinasi unggulan dan prospektif menjadi titik sentral konsepsi syariah dapat terimplementasi hingga 99,6%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menyusun strategi pengembangan menurut perspektif etika bisnis Islam pada wisata mangrove Sreseh spot Marparan, Kabupaten Sampang. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi, indepth interview dan dokumentasi. Tahap analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan metode SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan wisata mangrove Sreseh belum terimplementasi dengan baik, yang dibuktikan dengan minimnya ketersediaan air bersih, tidak terdapat penginapan syariah, hingga produk yang diperjualbelikan pokdarwis belum bersertifikasi halal. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, maka perlu adanya penyesuaian strategi pengembangan menurut perspektif etika bisnis Islam, guna mewujudkan representasi wisata ramah muslim yang unggul di Pulau Madura.
