AbstrakGaya kehidupan manusia semakin beragam dan padat sehingga banyak terjadi dimana penyakit dan gangguan pada tubuh diketahui ketika sudah dalam kondisi parah. Kebanyakan manusia tidak disiplin dalam memantau kesehatan mereka karena dirasa belum ada cara yang mudah dan efisien, cara yang mayoritas digunakan adalah check-up ke rumah sakit. Iris mata manusia dapat menjadi salah satu media atau sarana dalam mengenali gangguan kondisi tubuh seseorang. Pola yang muncul pada iris mata dapat dikenali dengan bantuan teknologi jaringan saraf tiruan yang salah satunya adalah metode RBF yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini. Hasil yang ditemui pada penelitian ini adalah penggunaan metode RBF mampu untuk mengenali pola yang ada di iris mata, dan dapat memberikan hasil pengenalan penyakit kompleks dan stress dengan akurasi yang dibilang masih rata-rata (sekitar 50%). Kata Kunci: Penyakit, Iris Mata, Pola, RBF AbstractHuman lifestyle is more diverse and dense, so much happening where disease and disturbance in the body are known when it is in severe condition. Most humans are not disciplined in monitoring their health because it feels there is no easy and efficient way, the way that the majority used is the check-up to the hospital. The iris of the human eye can be one of the media or means in recognizing a person's body condition disorder. Patterns that appear on the iris can be identified with the help of artificial neural network technology one of which is the RBF method used in this study. The results found in this study are the use of RBF method to recognize the existing pattern in the iris and can provide the results of the introduction of complex diseases and stress with an accuracy that is still fairly average (about 50%). Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia continue to grow because it is supported by ideas and creations of the community that keep creating new idea either from food products, clothing, or multipurpose tools. There are already a few examples of successful IT implementation on SME in many countries, but in Indonesia, many SME's does not yet know about the benefit of IT implementation in their businesses. To solve this problem SME's need for learning and adapting IT from the internal functions of the organization, and one of them is Human Resource Management (HRM). This research will try to redesign HRM system based on mobile system or smartphones as one of most popular and most used technology in Indonesia. Smartphones can be used as an early and easy approach for those SME's in the IT-based system. This research will be focused on collecting qualitative data based on the interview with 5 respondents as owner or manager of SME to specify requirements of the design and problems that can be solved. As for the results, the major problem is from the human resource which is lack of knowledge, experience and there are few internal problems in SME's which can be solved by redesigning the mobile system. After presenting the result of redesigning, respondents conclude that the system is sufficient for their daily business activities and they feel comfortable with the design on the mobile system as they said it is easy to understand. Presented design can be much improved by adding more information, opinion, and feedback from other SMEs into consideration in the aim to achieve effective and efficient system design.

ABSTRACT Kemajuan teknologi sudah merambah ke semua tipe dan proses bisnis hingga menjadi suatu persaingan antar perusahaan industri maupun non-industri. Pemanfaatan nilai teknologi pada proses bisnis dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dari berbagai aspek yang berujung pada peningkatan transaksi dan pengurangan sumber daya untuk menghasilkan keuntungan yang maksimal bagi suatu perusahaan. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) sebagai salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan teknologi sudah banyak dipakai di Indonesia namun hanya mencakup perusahaan besar dengan sumber daya yang mumpuni. Tidak seperti di lingkup internasional dimana beberapa Unit Kecil Menengah (UKM) sudah dapat menerapkan ERP, di Indonesia mayoritas UKM masih sedikit atau bahkan belum menerapkan nilai teknologi secara konsisten ke proses bisnis mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka ERP Framework untuk menganalisis sistem ERP berbasis mobile yang sesuai untuk UKM di Tasikmalaya menggunakan data yang diperoleh dari in-depth interview dengan beberapa pemilik UKM. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah poin-poin penting sebagai dasar untuk perancangan mini-UKM mobile yang sesuai untuk UKM tradisional terutama di Tasikmalaya.
