Eksistensi gerakan koperasi sebagai suatu institusi ekonomi diharapkan dapat berperan sebagai mesin penggerak kegiatan ekonomi nasional sekaligus sebagai soko guru perekonomian bangsa Indonesia. Koperasi Jasa Bhakti BPJS Kesehatan merupakan koperasi yang bergerak dibidang jasa, bentuk pelayanan koperasi terhadap masyarakat salah satunya adalah dengan memberikan pinjaman dana (kredit) untuk membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan keuangan pada masyarakat. Dalam pemberian kredit pihak koperasi perlu melakukan penelitian dan perhitungan yang tepat terhadap calon nasabah yang akan mengambil kredit di koperasi, agar tidak terjadi kesalahan dalam pengambilan keputusan dibutuhkan pengolahan data yang cepat, tepat dan akurat. Dengan adanya Penerapan Metode Profile Matching Untuk Menentukan Kelayakan Pemberian Kredit Pada Koperasi Jasa Bhakti BPJS Kesehatan merupakan solusi terbaik untuk memecahkan permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada pada perusahaan ini, karena dengan metode ini keputusan yang diambil oleh anggota koperasi menjadi lebih teliti dan terperinci dibandingkan yang terdahulu.
