<![CDATA[AbstrakHotel adalah industri yang berkembang sangat cepat seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi. salah satu faktor yang dapat memberikan fasilitas kenyamanan adalah adanya layanan informasi yang cepat untuk reservasi hotel. Beberapa masalah yang biasanya dihadapi pihak hotel dan calon tamunya seperti sulit mendapatkan informasi yang cepat, melakukan check in dan pembayaran yang mengharuskan tamu datang lansung ke hotel, melakukan pencatatan buku tamu dan membuat laporan secara manual. Dalam penulisan penelitian ini, penulis membangun sebuah aplikasi hotel dengan mengadopsi teknologi informasi. Model yang digunakan untuk pengembangan software adalah metode waterfall, yang dimulai dengan analisa kebutuhan disesuaikan dengan sistem berjalan di hotel arinda guest house, design sistem dan software, coding, testing, dan implementasi. Sehingga penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi reservasi hotel berbasis web. Yang berupa interface yang mudah digunakan user dan menunjukkan fungsionalitas yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan check in, pembayaran hotel, informasi lebih cepat dan menghemat waktu calon tamu dalam melakukan pemesanan, efisien dalam pencatatan buku tamu dan pembuatan laporan.
