Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and education on employee performance in City Lubuklinggau hotels. The time of the study was carried out for 9 months from November 2017 to August 2018. The population in this study was all employees employed at Lubuklinggau City City Hotels, which amounted to 35 people with saturated sampling. The study sample was 35 people. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, documentation and questionnaire. The analysis technique uses simple regression analysis, correlation test, determination test, t test and F test. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion that has been described in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that based on the results of t test calculations can be explained, that the Compensation Variable (X1 ) to Performance (Y) shows the value of tcount = 2,308 is greater than the value of t table (2,032) with a significance level of sig. = 0.05. This means that partially variable there is a significant effect of compensation on employee performance in City Lubuklinggau hotels. Based on the results of t-test calculations, that Educational Variable (X2) on Performance (Y) shows the value of tcount = 3.409 greater than the value of t table (2.032) with a significance level of sig. = 0.005. This means that partially there is a significant effect of education on employee performance in City Lubuklinggau hotels. Based on the Fcount test recapitulation, the Fcount value is 10,513> Ftable = 3.28 and the level of significance simultaneously sig F is 0,000. This shows that together (simultaneous) independent variables of research (Compensation and Education) have a significant influence on the dependent variable (Performance)

Abstract

The study entitled Effect of leadership and organizational culture on the performance of employees in the industrial and trade offices of Lubuklinggau City. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance. The sample in this study is 65 employees. Data was collected through questionnaires answered by respondents and then analyzed by multiple regression analysis techniques, using a computer program "Statistical Product For Service Solaction" (SPSS) for Windows Release 17.00. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it can be seen that the R2 value is 0.365, this indicates that the leadership variables and organizational culture together provide controversy on employee performance variables of 60.4% and after adjusting the remaining value of 39.6% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. The results of the analysis show that: the results of the regression analysis obtain a regression equation: Y = 8.149 + 0.463X1 + 0.349X2. From the estimation equation of the regression function above, it can be seen that the value of the constant (a) obtained is 8.149, the value b1 = 0.463, b2 = 0.349, and the value a = 8.149. This illustrates that without being influenced by the independent variable (X), the performance of the employees of the Lubuklinggau City Office of Industry and Trade is 8,149. Regression coefficient values ​​represent leadership variables obtained at 0.463 indicating that each change in leadership teacher performance will change proportionally, that is equal to 0.463 assuming other independent variables are constant. The value of the regression coefficient represents the organizational culture variable obtained at 0.349 indicating that each change in organizational culture, the employee's performance will change directly, which is equal to 0.349 assuming the other independent variables are constant. Based on the results of the analysis obtained, the value of Ftable is 2.75, while Fcount is 17,825 with sig 0,000 if Fcount = 17,825> Ftable 2.75, Ha is accepted. So that it can be concluded that leadership and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Department of Industry and Trade of Lubuklinggau City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of communication and leadership on employee performance at the Plantation Office of Musi Rawas Regency. Based on the regression equation: Y = 98,008 + 0,256 X1 + 0,158 X2 From equation constant value equal to 98,008 which mean if there is no communication variable then performance equal to 98,001, whereas value of coefficient of regresi of leadership variable equal to 0,256 meaning every increase one unit of leadership will improve employee performance by 0.158 units. Based on the calculation of the correlation coefficient, it can be seen that the value of R is 1.169 passing the value 1, which means that communication relationships, leadership and employee performance at the Plantation Office of Musi Rawas Regency strong, this means that if the level of communication and leadership does not increase it will decrease employee performance at the Plantation Office of Musi Rawas Regency, and vice versa if the level of communication and leadership increases it will improve the performance of employees at the Plantation Office of Musi Rawas Regency. Result of calculation of equal to 0,029, this means that performance variable influenced by variable of communications and leadership variable. The rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Based on F test result, it is obtained F value = 19,76> F table 3,44, this means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning that communication variable (X1) and leadership (X2) is the factor affecting employee performance (Y) in Dinas Perkebunan Regency of Musi Rawas. One of the motivators to achieve the goal of Plantation Office of Musi Rawas Regency is to improve the performance of its employees.

Abstract

The results of the data analysis and discussion described in the previous chapter, the following conclusions can be drawn: There is a significant influence between the product and promotion of customer satisfaction Student Savings (TASIS) in the "RIAS" Savings and Loan Cooperative P1. Mardiharjo Musi Rawas Regency. This is evident from the results of the f test obtained which is equal to Fcount = 68,185 and this result is much greater than Ftable = 3,098 at the significance level of 0,000> 0,05, received at the significance level of 5%. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) the value obtained is equal to 0.622 or 62.2%. So it can be concluded that products and promotions have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Student Savings (TASIS) in the "RIAS" Savings and Loan Cooperative P1. Mardiharjo, Musi Rawas Regency, and this is in line with research carried out by Gultom et al. (2014) that products and promotions have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction both partially and simultaneously.
