Abstract

The Effect of Leadership and Communication on the Performance of Employees at the Hospital Dr.Sobirin, Musi Rawas District. Merdian Tenty (2013) in a study entitled The Effect of Leadership and Communication on the Performance of Employees at Dr. Sibirin Hospital, District of Musi Rawas. Produced Y = 30,811 - 0,334X1 + 0,480 X2 The equation of the regression model above can be interpreted as follows: The value of 30,811 means if leadership (X1), and communication equals zero, the performance of Dr.Sobirin Hospital in Musi Rawas Regency is worth 30,811. Leadership coefficient (X1) = -0,334 means that if leadership (X1) increases by one unit of statistical score, then performance (Y) will also increase by -0,334 with the provision of communication (X2) constant. Communication Coefficient (X2) = 0.480 means that if communication (X2) increases by one unit of statistical score, then performance (Y) will also increase by 0.480 with the provisions of leadership (X1) constant. The results of the F significance test were 0.103> 0.05, which means that leadership and communication had an effect on performance (Y) at the Dr.Sobirin Hospital, Musi Rawas District. Said
