Abstract

Analisis ini berisi tentang perilaku dalam organisasi FAFHH (FORUM ANTI FITNAH ), dengan metode partisipasi observasi dimana peneliti tidak hanya menggunakan metode pengumpulan data atau studi pustaka namun juga ikut berpartisipasi dalam organisasi FAFHH. Metode analisis yang dipakai adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian organisasi akan berkembang dengan baik jika hubungan antara anggota dan pimpinan dikategorikan cukup baik secara personal maupun professional kerja, hubungan personal dibangun atas dasar ketertarikan terhadap hal yang sama, secara profesional adalah dengan menjalankan tugas yang sudah diberikan dengan baik sesuai karena akan dievaluasi secara berlaka.

Abstract

This research attempts to explain the commodification of workers of a program director in the mass media industry, a case study on Liputan 6 SCTV. The researcher applies the concept of Media Political Economy theory, which is the focus of the research of workers' commodification. This research uses a critical paradigm with a qualitative approach and case study methods. This research revealed that SCTV Television Media continues to develop business and innovation to adapt to the development of the media and technology industry, including the application of digital equipment. In doing so, there is a commodification of workers in the coverage of SCTV 6 through the addition of workload and responsibilities or the provision of dual tasks and low wages. The forms of commodification that occur are body exploitation, economic exploitation, and ability exploitation. The Program Director accepts exploitation as natural for his profession because of the benefit principle process. With limited human resources utilized to be able to maximize the ability to be able to complete two or more jobs at one time with the reward not directly proportional to the workload provided.

Abstract

Konglomerasi yang dilakukan oleh para pemilik modal semakin marak. Praktik monopoli media penyiaran seperti yang dilakukan oleh beberapa kelompok konglomerat seperti grup MNC mempunyai empat stasiun televisi yang bersiaran secara nasional (RCTI, MNCTV, Global TV dan iNEWS TV). Viva group memiliki ANTV dan TV One, Trans Corp menguasai Trans TV dan Trans 7, dan Emtek memiliki SCTV, Indosiar dan Moji sebelumnya bernama O Channel. Konglomerasi media seringkali mengarahkan pada komodifikasi. Bentuk praktik konglomerasi media memudahkan kegiatan komodifikasi atau eksploitasi terhadap teks atau pesan bahkan pekerja. Kemudahan dalam bekerja di televisi tidak serta merta membawa kenikmatan bagi pekerja, apalagi melihat dari efek konglomerasi pengusaha terhadap media. Modal besar dalam berinvestasi pada media televisi ini harus berbanding lurus dengan keuntungan yang di dapat dari perolehan iklan, dengan sebisa mungkin memanfaatkan sumber daya manusia semaksimal mungkin. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma kritis dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini terjadi komodifikasi pekerja di liputan 6 SCTV dengan penambahan beban dan tanggungjawab kerja atau pemberian tugas ganda. Bentuk komodifikasi yang terjadi adalah eksploitasi tubuh dan eksploitasi kemampuan. Penata cahaya menerima eksploitasi sebagai hal yang wajar bagi profesinya karena adanya proses azas manfaat. Keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dimanfaatkan untuk dapat memaksimalkan kemampuan dapat menyelesaikan dua atau lebih pekerjaan dalam satu waktu dengan imbalan tidak berbanding lurus dengan beban kerja yang diberikan.

Abstract

In the rapidly growing digital era, information technology has become an integral part of almost all aspects of our lives, including in the world of business and management. Appropriate and effective use of information technology is the key to achieving competitive advantage in today's competitive business environment. However, making decisions related to information technology is not an easy task, as information technology is often complex and high-risk. The purpose of this study is to analyse ethical leadership in information technology-related decision making and its impact on risk management. The method used is a qualitative literature review that focuses on an in-depth understanding of the topic in the time span from 2006 to 2023. The main objective of this method is to identify, analyse, and synthesise relevant scientific literature that has been published in various journals, conference papers, and other academic sources accessible through Google Scholar. The study results show that ethical leadership plays a central role in ensuring that IT-related decisions are taken with ethical principles in mind and with the aim of minimising risk. Ethical leadership contributes to the avoidance of data misuse, creating a culture of transparency and accountability, ensuring fair use of technology, and being mindful of the impact of IT decisions on society and the environment.
