Abstract

ABSTRACTTahannus Punishment Case Study as a form of moral education in Pondok Pesantren Al-Basyariyah Bandung This research suggests how a program tahannus punishment as an effort to improve discipline and improvement of the morals of the students who violate disciplines sunah cottage. Researchers use this study to examine how the strategy, implementation and results of the program tahanus punishment in improving discipline and improvement of the morals of the students who violate disciplines sunna cottage. The goal is to provide new reference on the implementation of penalties to improve discipline. This study uses a theoretical study of organizational communication with the application of theory acceptance of the authority of Chester Barnard. Data collected by observation depth interviews and literature study. Thus, the study produces an overview of the process of moral education through program tahanus punishment.Keywords : Tahannus, Student.ABSTRAKTahannus sebagai bentuk pendidikan moral di Pondok Pesantren Al-Basyariyah Bandung. Penelitian ini mengemukakan tentang bagaimana sebuah program hukuman tahannus sebagai upaya peningkatan kedisiplinan dan perbaikan akhlak para santri yang melanggar sunah disiplin pondok. Peneliti menggunakan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji bagaimana strategi, pelaksanaan, dan hasil dari program hukuman tahanus dalam upaya peningkatan kedisiplinan dan perbaikan akhlak para santri yang melanggar sunah disiplin pondok. Tujuannya untuk memberikan referensi baru tentang implementasi hukuman untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan. Penelitian ini menggunakan kajian teoritis komunikasi organisasi dengan penerapan teori penerimaan kewenangan Chester Barnard. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi wawancara mendalam dan studi kepustakaan. Sehingga, penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah gambaran proses pendidikan moral melalui program hukuman tahanus.Kata Kunci : Tahannus, Santri Putri.

Abstract

Fashion in Indonesia has grown rapidly, such as technological developments that are increasingly growing days. Fashion is growing especially in the city of Bandung the more outlets, and clothing that was built in the city of Bandung. Teen styles can also reflect the attitude and behavior of the teenager. Fashion style among teenagers has become a culturally adaptation of western culture and not a bit of Bandung teenagers who love fashion style of western countries. The purpose of this study to know the meaning of the development of fashion and the meaning of how to fashion by teenagers in Bandung. The main informant in this research is adolescent in Bandung city. This study uses qualitative approach with study of phenomenology. The technique of data collection uses interview, observation and documentation. The finding result shows that The development of fashion with its existence in the present especially among teenagers in the city of Bandung which has a fashion trend can be regarded as a fashion barometer in major cities in Indonesia. Fashion is also an expression of self that allows everyone to try various roles in life. Keywords: fashion, social status, youth
