Abstract

Sistem Pendukung keputusan adalah metode yang digunakan untuk membantu proses pengambilan keputusan secara akurat dan tepat. Sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode TOPSIS adalah suatu metode yang dapat dilakukan dengan menguji sampel yang memiliki berbagai alternatif multi kriteriauntuk mendapatkan hasil yang valid dan akurat. TOPSIS memberikan solusi alternatif yang dapat dipilih dengan memperhatikan jarak terpendek dari solusi ideal negatif dan positif. Program Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya (BSPS) yang diberikan oleh Kementrian Pekerjaan Umum Dan Perumahan Rakyat(KemenPUPR) adalah sebuah program yang bertujuan untuk memberikan rumah layak huni bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar penerima bantuan program BSPS dapat disalurkan tepat sasaran kepada masyarakat yang berada di wilayah yang sangat membutuhkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara melakukan analisa terkait siapa saja yang berhak menerima program bantuanBSPS agar penerima bantuan tepat sasaran sesuai dengan amanat undang-undang. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap lima sampel wilayah yaitu di Kecamatan Ciomas, Tamansari, Cigombong, Cijeruk dan Rancabungur yang berada di Kabupaten Bogor. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan data bahwa kriteriapenerima program BSPS yang paling tepat adalah kriteria wilayah dengan kriteria kemiskinan yang tinggi

Abstract

Integrated Family Planning and Health Service Post (Posyandu) is a basic health activity organized from, by and for communities assisted by health workers. Posyandu is a self-help activity from the community in the health sector. Posyandu starts primarily to serve toddlers consisting of immunization services, weighing, counseling and the elderly (Posyandu Lansia). But in its implementation, POSYANDU has problems with funding needs. Not all POSYANDUs get operational assistance from the local government. Particularly what happened in Cilebut Barat Village, Sukaraja Subdistrict, Bogor Regency, POSYANDU assistance has not been fully channeled to all targets. This is related to the absence of a decision support system that can assist village governments in providing POSYANDU funds. This study aims to determine what factors can be used as decision support systems that can be used by village governments in providing operational assistance to POSYANDU. The study used the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method which can be used to assist in decision making. The results of the study show that the decision support system with the TOPSIS method can be used by the Village Government to provide a decision to provide financial assistance to POSYANDU. The final Preference score resulted in 0.53 for the criteria for the Number of Active Participants (C3), Posyandu Has a Basic Health Service Program (C4) as an ideal criterion for providing financial assistance

Abstract

At the beginning of 2020, a natural disaster caused many people to lose their homes, damage to public facilities and infrastructure, and the breakdown of transportation links connecting villagers, especially in 3 districts, namely Sukajaya, Nanggung, and Cigudeg. As a result of the disaster, many villages are isolated, and residents need a lot of logistical support to meet their needs. To overcome these problems, we need a system that can help the government and volunteers interested in the decision-making process so that assistance for victims of natural disasters can be right on target and by the urgency of basic needs and logistics needed. Decision support systems using the TOPSIS method are used to solve multicriteria problems by offering various alternative solutions to solve problems. The results obtained a final preference value of 0.68 from C3 criteria to prioritize residents with closed transportation access to channel disaster relief funds for victims of natural disasters in Bogor Regency.
