Abstract

Soil limited number can not be increased then in terms of land ownership can not exceed the maximum limit of agricultural land, especially land ownership. Problems in this paper, how the application of the maximum limit land ownership to extensive farming. Method of approach is normative juridical approach, data source is secondary data. The collection of data carried out the study of literature and analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that the maximum limit land ownership to agricultural land area is not in accordance with the legislation in force .. It should, the Government called on the public to inventory owned land as well as reporting so that the Government may determine ground objects that will be the object of reform.

Abstract

Land is a national treasure determining welfare, justice, sustainability, and harmony for nation and state of Indonesia. Land has multidimensional characteristics such as physical, chemical, biological, social, economic, and magic-religious characteristics and each of them has potential to human welfare. The problems in this research were: how did the conduct of land ownership certificate nullification based on the court decision with permanent legal strength in Land. This research used normative approaches. Data sources were from secondary data. Data were processed with data editing, classification, and systematization with qualitative jurisdiction analysis. The results were obtained the conduct of land ownership certificate nullification based on the court decision with permanent legal strength in Land had been in accordance with prevailing legislation.The researcher suggests that BPN should be more encouraged and immediate in responding the process of land ownership certificate nullification based on the court decision with permanent legal strength.

Abstract

Jika kita membeli saham, kita akan menghadapi dua kemungkinan, yaitu untung atau rugi. Jika harga saham yang kita beli naik, kita akan mendapat keuntungan (capital gain). Jika saham kita turun, kita akan mengalami kerugian (capital loss). Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana perlindungan hukum bagi investor dalam pembelian kembali sahamnya di pasar modal. Metode analisis data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis secara kualitatif. Hasl penelitian menunjukan bahwa perlindungan hukum terhadap nasabah diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1995 tentang Pasar Modal yang menentukan dan mengatur bahwa otoritas yang berwenang atas pasar modal adalah OJK. OJK lah yang memiliki wewenang untuk melaksanakan perlindungan hukum pasar modal yang bersifat preventif dan represif. Saran sebaiknya Bursa Efek Indonesia dalam melaksanakan ketentuan dengan melihat peraturan yang ada agar tidak terjadi dampak yang merugikan para investor dikemudian hari.

Abstract

As according to Government Regulation Number 41 Year 2007 about region ware organization, so it is published a Government Regulation of Lampung Province Number 9Year 2007 about the formation of finance office administration organization of Lampung Province. Based on explanation above, so that be troubleshoot in this research is how does Finance Office Authority of Lampung Province in management and control towards Revenue Plan Execution and Region Expense (APBD) at Lampung Province. This research Method uses a judicial normative and empirical approach. In carry out the function as Region Finance Official Manager (PPKD), so Province Finance Office must give warning to various related parties related to Revenue Plan Execution and Region Expense (APBD) like Region Ware Work Unit (SKPD) with do socialization with submit estimation management communicatively to each Region Ware Work Unit (SKPD). Local government on the contrary do anticipative action in takes wisdom to avoid deficit estimation with balances between income and region expense.
