<![CDATA[ABSTRACT - Many organizations still haven't or don't know the potential of hidden knowledge and experience (tacit knowledge) that is owned by its employees (the Delphi Group Research (Setiarso, et.al, 2009). Where the Organization's difficulty in catching (capture) tacit knowledge, the dissemination of knowledge and experience are still slow, that only with face-to-face, consulting directly with the boss, the morning briefing (socialization-tacit to tacit knowledge), is still limited to space and time. Explicit knowledge is only in the form of files (hard copy) where there are difficulties in the search process. This research was conducted on the development of knowledge management system based on knowledge of the sharing to identify existing knowledge, in order to be able to facilitate the development of the Organization's knowledge management system, accelerate the spread of knowledge in the organization. The results of this study based on questionnaires to the application of the android-based knowledge management system for PT Asia Pacific Fibers Tbk that are optimal to interval, the value of the entire statement is well received. Kata Kunci: Knowledge Management, Sharing Knowledge ABSTRAK - Masih banyak organisasi belum atau tidak mengetahui potensi pengetahuan dan pengalaman tersembunyi (tacit knowledge) yang dimiliki oleh karyawannya (Riset Delphi Group (Setiarso, et.al, 2009). Dimana organisasi kesulitan dalam menangkap (capture) tacit knowledge, penyebaran pengetahuan dan pengalaman masih lambat, yang hanya dengan tatap muka, konsultasi secara langsung dengan atasan, briefing pagi (socialization-tacit to tacit), masih terbatas ruang dan waktu. Explicit knowledge hanya dalam bentuk berkas (hardcopy) dimana terdapat kesulitan dalam proses pencarian. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengembangan knowledge management system berbasis knowledge sharing untuk mengidentifikasi pengetahuan yang ada, dengan tujuan agar dapat mempermudah organisasi dalam pengembangan knowledge management system, mempercepat penyebaran pengetahuan pada organisasi. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan dari penyebaran kuesioner terhadap penerapan knowledge management system berbasis android kepada PT Asia Pacific Fibers yaitu berada pada interval Optimal, nilai dari keseluruhan pernyataan yaitu diterima dengan baik.
