<![CDATA[Menarche/Menstruasi merupakan perdarahan yang teratur dari uterus sebagai tanda bahwa organ kandungan telah berfungsi matang. Pengetahuan tentang menstruasi sangat dibutuhkan oleh remaja putri. Pendidikan kesehatan bisa efektif apabila didukung dengan media yang mempermudah untuk memahami materi yang disampaikan. Salah satu media pendidikan kesehatan adalah dengan metode audiovisual. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Menganalisis pengaruh penerapan pendidikan kesehatan tentang menarche dengan metode audiovisual terhadap tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap remaja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode penelitian ini nmerupakan penelitian Quasi Eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian Pretest Posttest control grop design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah remaja berusia 10 – 14 tahun sebanyak 31 responden. Tekhnik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari analisa univariat dan bivariat. Hasil adalah berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan uji wilcoxon dan disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh tingkat pengetahuan kelompok eksperimen sebelum dan setelah perlakuan (p-Value 0,003). Terdapat pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan tentang menarche dengan metode audiovisual terhadap tingkat pengetahuan remaja. This research is a quantitative research. This research method is a Quasi Experiment research with pretest posttest research design control grop design. The population in this study were 31 respondents aged 10-14 years at. The data analysis techniques used in this study consisted of univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of the study were based on the results of the analysis using the Wilcoxon test, and conclude there was an influence on the level of knowledge of the experimental group before and after treatment (p-value 0.003), based on the results of the study it is concluded that there is an effect of health education on menarche with audiovisual methods on adolescent levels.]]>
