<![CDATA[line"> <Abstract—Expert system are knowledge-based systems. To createan expert system required the identification of symptoms. Startingfrom the question of data inputing, data answers, user registration,until the consultation process. The methodology used is aproduction rule with tracking techniques in the future (forwardchaining) and using the topology of the best first search. With thewebsite of this expert system, it is expected to facilitate informationabout the symptoms of damage to the phone, and provide solutionsto existing problems with the precise and accurate.Intisari—Sistem pakar adalah system berbasis pengetahuan.Untuk membuat system pakar diperkukan identifikasi gejala,mulai dari penginputan data pertanyaan, data jawaban,pendaftaran pengguna, hingga proses konsultasi. Metodologiyang digunakan adalah membuat aturan (rule) dengan teknikpelacakan kedepan (forward chaining) dan menggunakantopology pencarian pertama yang terbaik. Dengan website sistempakar ini diharapkan dapat menyediakan informasi tentanggejala kerusakan handphone, dan memberikan solusi untukmengatasi masalah dengan tepat dan akurat.Kata Kunci— Expert system, Hardware damage handphone.]]>
