Abstract

Sharia commercial banks are tasked with collecting and distributing public funds. Sharia commercial banks must be trustworthy and improve company performance by providing value to the community and the corporate environment. The better the Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility (ICSR), the better the value and reputation of the company according to shareholders, the public and bank customers. The study aims to examine the effect of Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility on the reputation of sharia commercial banks registered at the OJK in the period 2014-2017. Research uses quantitative approaches and annual reports obtained from the OJK website. ICSR variables are measured by the SRI index and reputation variable of the company is measured by the value of market share. The analysis method uses panel data regression analysis. The results of study, ICSR has a significant effect on the company's reputation. The conclusion is ICSR in accordance with the legitimacy theory that companies that express social responsibility will influence the business continuity and reputation of the company.

Abstract

Information Technology in the current era is developing rapidly and is crucial to facilitate and support the company's processes in achieving its goals. In order to improve the company's sustainability, employees must work professionally, carrying out tasks assigned by superiors, and taking responsibility for completing every assigned task. The Directorate of Construction Sustainability is one of the directorates under the Directorate General of Construction Development, Ministry of Public Works and People's Housing. The Directorate of Construction Sustainability is tasked with formulating policies, drafting regulatory products, fostering implementation, and overseeing sustainability in the construction sector. In carrying out the tasks as stipulated in Article 518, the leadership of the Directorate of Construction Sustainability currently faces challenges in monitoring the work progress undertaken by employees, and there is no existing system to address this issue. Considering the description of the problems and the needs of the Directorate of Construction Sustainability, it is hoped that students can facilitate the leadership by creating a web-based employee work progress monitoring information system. This system will enable the monitoring of employee performance or the deadline for completing tasks assigned by the leadership. Consequently, the leadership can assess the performance of employees in the Directorate of Construction Sustainability office.

Abstract

Elekronik Reses Oleh Kita (e-RO’TA) merupakan aplikasi yang memudahkan penyaluran aspirasi bagi masyarakat tanpa harus menghadiri kegiatan Reses yang dilakukan oleh anggota Dewan secara langsung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis transformasi digitalisasi pelayanan publik oleh Sekretariat DPRD Kota Makassar dalam rangka memfasilitasi masyarakat Kota Makassar untuk menyampaikan aspirasinya melalui layanan digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode penelitian tersebut dipilih agar penulis dapat mendeskripsikan hasil kajian secara runtun. Dengan adanya digitalisasi pelayanan publik, pemerintah mampu menyediakan layanan dan informasi yang lebih efisien sehingga mudah diakses oleh masyarakat. Dalam rangka menghimpun aspirasi masyarakat Kota Makasar yang tidak dibatasi oleh waktu dan wilayah reses sehingga aspirasi dapat terakomodir dengan efektif maka dilakukan inovasi pelayanan publik berbasis elektronik melalui aplikasi e-RO’TA.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) examine the effect of Islamic working capital financing on economic growth in South Sulawesi; (2) explain the effect of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) investment on economic growth in the region; and (3) describe how the combination of Islamic working capital financing and MSME investment from Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) and Islamic Business Units (UUS) affects economic growth in South Sulawesi. This research was conducted from August to September 2023 using quantitative descriptive methodology. Data on the level of economic growth was obtained from the South Sulawesi Central Statistics Agency (BPS). A non-probability sample of 32 was taken using saturated sampling technique from quarterly financial reports. The data collection methods used were documentation and observation. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis on SPSS 20 by IBM. The research findings show that: (1) partially, Islamic working capital financing has a negative and significant impact on economic growth in South Sulawesi; (2) partially, MSME investment has a positive but insignificant impact on economic growth in South Sulawesi; and (3) simultaneously, Islamic working capital financing and MSME investment have a positive and significant impact on economic growth in South Sulawesi.
