Abstract

Puskesmas memiliki peran sebagai garda terdepan dalam pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat dan Puskesmas merupakan fasilitas kesehatan (faskes) tingkat pertama bagi pemegang kartu BPJS Kesehatan. Pendaftaran pasien BPJS  rawat jalan bagi puskesmas bertujuan memberi kemudahan pada peserta BPJS untuk mendapatkan pelayanan dari puskesmas kepada masyarakat untuk mendapatkan kesejahteraan dalam bidang kesehatan. Berdasarkan awal survei, ditemukan ada pasien BPJS yang lupa membawa seperti Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP), kartu BPJS dan surat rujukan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui sistem pelayanan pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan BPJS. Jenis penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisis kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Dari hasil penelitian 87 orang pasien BPJS rawat jalan yang diteliti menujukkan bahwa 70 orang (80%) telah mengetahui berkas pendaftaran pasien BPJS rawat jalan dan rata-rata waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk penyediaan dokumen rekam medis adalah 9 menit. Penyediaan dokumen rekam medis < 10 menit sebanyak 64 orang (74%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, diharapakan selalu dilakukan keterbukaan atas informasi berkas persyaratan pendaftaran dan pelayanan kesehatan terhadap peserta BPJS kesehatan. Dan diharapkan juga penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis di Puskesmas Banjaran Kota ada tracer agar keberadaan dokumen rekam medis dapat diketahui yaitu dipinjam atau sudah dikembalikan.

Abstract

Hospitals as health facilities have a very crucial role. In Indonesia, hospitals have the role of being the final reference. Functioning as a place for recovery & health care, the Hospital in this case is able to provide the best service. The best health services must be synchronized in responding to patient needs. The nursing team on duty must also be equipped with good knowledge and procedures regarding hospital management. Hospitals are required to provide quality services that are synchronized in using established standards and can be reached by all circles of society. The purpose of this paper is to produce an information system design for making Visum Et Repertum letters using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 at RSUD Soreang. The research methodology used is qualitative using a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were applied using field work practice procedures, interviews, and literature studies. The development research method used is the waterfall model. Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as programming language and Microsoft Access 2019 as database. Based on the results of the study, there were problems that were found, namely: (1) the making of the Visum Et Repertum letter had used a computerized system using Microsoft Word but, it was still not effective, (2) the absence of a more effective system to facilitate the making of the Visum Et Repertum letter. Information system Making a visa et Repertum to make it easier for officers in the process of making a visa et Repertum accurately and effectively without any errors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kelengkapan resume medis rawat jalan guna menunjang mutu rekam medis di Klinik Pratama Bhakti Kencana Bandung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan cara observasi, studi Pustaka dan Kuisioner. Hasil penelitian penulis, kelengkapan resume medis di Klinik Pratama Bhakti Kencana rata-rata l embar resume yang lengkap keseluruhan yaitu 69% dan tidak lengkap 31% sedangkan untuk mutu pelayanan rekam medis skor yang di capai 80-97% dapat di simpulkan mutu sangat memuaskan.Permasalahan yang terjadi pada kelengkapan pengisian resume medis berdasarkan penelitian yaitu ke tidak telitian petugas, keterbatasan waktu, tulisan dokter yang kurang di mengerti. Saran penulis yaitu pihak klinik meningkatkan kerja sama antar tenaga medis dan pemberian sanksi bagi yang tidak mengisi resume medis secara lengkap, memaksimalkan pengisian resume medis, dan sebaiknya lebih sering komunikasi efektif dengan dokter dan bekerja sama dengan para petugas senior.

Abstract

The advancement of technology in this era has had a significant impact on various fields, including healthcare. Hospitals strive to provide the best service to their patients so that they can get the best solution to their illnesses. A good hospital can be seen from the services provided to its patients. This research aims to produce an information system for creating patient eligibility letters in the emergency department. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach by conducting data collection stages through interviews, observations, and literature studies, and the method used for developing the device is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. From this research, several problems were found in processing the creation of patient eligibility letters, namely the creation of eligibility letters still uses claim that has not been bridged with sims, causing the process of creating patient eligibility letters to take a long time, thus affecting the quality of healthcare services in the hospital's emergency unit. The suggestion given is the need for a redesign in the sims system to be bridged with vclaim.
