Abstract

As we know that Imam Nawawi is a scholars of salaf thinkers who produce famous great works, he feels that it is very important that a person who has strong faith, perfection of aqidah and akhlak also quality and adequate of education must be possessed by everyone in their life. So the aims of this study is to find out and examine what education in the Nashaih al-'Ibad, the questions that will be answered through this research are: (1) how is the description of Imam Nawawi's thoughts about the values of moral education; (2) how is the relevance of the value of moral education by Imam Nawawi's thinking towards students today. To answer this question, this research using a library approach. The research method used is the type of literature, while the primary data source from the Nashaih al-‘Ibad book, and the source of the secondary from other books related to this research. The technical data analysis using inductive method and deductive method. The findings of this research indicate that the value of moral education in the Nashaih al-‘Ibad by Imam Nawawi al-Bantani is very much needed for the world of education today. From this it is hoped that a person who has good character and strong friendship will be realized.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is an attempt to find out the implementation of boarding school management in Nurul Amal Islamic boarding school. The question to be answered through this research is how is the implementation of management management at the Islamic Boarding School in Nurul Amal. supporting factors and inhibiting factors in implementing boarding school management. The research method is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are: observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The subjects of the study were the chairman of the foundation, the boarding school headman, the treasurer, and the clerics who were also administrators in the Nurul Amal boarding school. The research findings show that the management of the Nurul Amal boarding school has been carried out well, in accordance with planning (planning), organizing (organizing), driving (actualling) and supervision (controlling). The reality is that the learning program is carried out, initial planning is carried out with clear vision and mission, organizing with the existence of cadres to build a generation of good-hearted people, and responsibilities carried out by every administrator or cleric, a driver in the management of the Nurul Amal Islamic Boarding School and all employment aspects are institutionalized by the education of the Nurul Amal Islamic boarding school, and supervision of the one-roof Islamic boarding school program by conducting evaluations at the end of each month, as well as the implementation of the learning process in accordance with the assignment assigned to the Ustadz from the chairman of the foundation. The inhibiting factor in the management of the Nurul Amal boarding school is the lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure, especially dormitories and classrooms, causing overload or excess of santri during the new school year as well as supporting factors in Nurul Amal Islamic boarding school,which is strategically located foundation, and community. Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan upaya untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan manajemen pesantren di pondok pesantren Nurul Amal. Pertanyaan yang ingin dijawab melalui penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah pelaksanaan manajemen Pesanren di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Amal. faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dalam melaksanakan manajemen pesantren. Metode penelitian adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah: observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian adalah ketua yayasan, lurah Pesantren, bagian bendahara, serta para ustadz yang juga merupakan pengurus di pondok pesantren Nurul Amal. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pesantren Nurul Amal telah dilaksanakan dengan baik, sesuai dengan perencanaan (planning), pengorganisasian (organizing), penggerak (actualling) dan pengawasan (controlling). Realitasnya terlaksana program pembelajaran, dilakukan perencanaan awal dengan adanya visi-misi dan tujuan yang jelas, pengorganisasian dengan adanya pengkaderan untuk membangun generasi yang berahlaqul karimah, dan tanggung jawab yang diemban dari setiap pengurus atau ustadz, penggerak dalam manajemen pesantren Nurul Amal terkait SDM dan segala aspek ketenaga kerjaan dilembaga pendidikan pondok pesantren Nurul Amal, dan pengawasan program pesantren satu atap dengan mengadakan evaluasi pada setiap akhir bulan, serta terlaksananya proses pembelajaran sesuai dengan pembagian tugas yang telah ditetapkan kepada Ustadz dari ketua yayasan. Faktor penghambat dalam manajemen pesantren Nurul Amal yaitu belum terpenuhinya sarana dan prasarana yang memadai terutama asrama dan ruang kelas sehingga menyebabkan overload atau kelebihan santri pada saat tahun ajaran baru adapun faktor pendukung di pondok pesantren Nurul Amal yaitu lokasi yang strategis serta terjalinnya hubunngan kerjasama yang baik antara yayasan, dan masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find and analyze the effect of teachers' ability to master the material and the ability to use IT with PAI learning achievement through the ability to develop material as an intervening variable in students of SMP Islam Al Azhar 18 Salatiga in 2021. This type of research uses quantitative research, with a sample of 30 student. The variables studied include Mastery of Materials, Ability to Use IT, Ability to Use IT. The method of collecting data is through questionnaires, data analysis uses statistical analysis with simple regression analysis, multiple regression, and path analysis and is strengthened by classical assumption tests. PAI learning achievement is positive and significant. This is because it is known that the correlation between the two variables has a t-count value greater than the t-table value (3.495 greater than 1.697) or the value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 less than 0.05. (2) The effect of the ability to use IT on PAI learning achievement is not significant. This is because the relationship between the two variables has a greater t-count value with a t-table value of -1.847 less than 1.697 or the value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.076 greater than 0.05. (3) The effect of the ability to develop material on PAI learning achievement is positive and significant. This is because the relationship between the two variables has a greater t-count value with a t-table value of 4.143 greater than 1.697 or the value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 less than 0.05. (4) there is no significant effect between mastery of the material and the ability to use IT on PAI learning achievement at SMP Islam Al-Azhar 18 Salatiga through the ability to develop material as an intervening variable. This is because there is one path, namely the ability to use IT which has no significant effect on PAI learning achievement at Al-Azhar 18 Islamic Middle School Salatiga through the ability to develop material as an intervening. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan dan menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan guru dalam menguasai materi dan kemampuan menggunakan IT dengan prestasi belajar PAI melalui kemampuan mengembangkan materi sebagai variabel intervening pada siswa SMP Islam Al Azhar 18 Salatiga tahun 2021. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan sampel sebanyak 30 siswa. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi kemampuan penguasaan materi berbasis IT, Kemampuan Menggunakan IT, Kemampuan Menggunakan IT. Metode pengumpulan data melalui angket, analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik dengan analisis regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan analisis jalur serta diperkuat dengan uji asumsi klasik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di SMP Islam Al-Azhar 18 Salatiga menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengaruh Penguasan Materi terhadap Prestasi Belajar PAI adalah positif dan signifikan. Hal ini karena diketahui korelasi antara kedua variabel tesebut memiliki nilai t hitung lebih besar dengan nilai t tabel (3,495 lebih besar dari 1,697) atau nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 kurang dari 0,05. (2) Pengaruh kemampuan menggunakan IT terhadap prestasi belajar PAI adalah tidak siqnifikan. Hal ini karena hubungan antara kedua variabel tesebut memiliki nilai t hitung lebih besar dengan nilai t tabel yaitu -1,847 kurang dari 1,697 atau nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,076 lebih besar dari 0,05. (3) Pengaruh Kemampuan Mengembangkan Materi dengan prestasi belajar PAI adalah positif dan signifikan. Hal ini karena hubungan antara kedua variabel tesebut memiliki nilai t hitung lebih besar dengan nilai t tabel yaitu 4,143 lebih besar dari 1,697 atau nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 kurang dari 0,05. (4) Tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara penguasaan materi dan kemampuan menggunakan IT terhadap prestasi belajar PAI di SMP Islam Al-Azhar 18 Salatiga melalui kemampuan mengembankan materi sebagai variabel intervening. Hal ini karena terdapat salah satu jalur yaitu kemampuan menggunakan IT yang tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar PAI di SMP Islam Al-Azhar 18 Salatiga melalui kemampuan mengembangkan materi sebagai intervening.
