Abstract

The title of this research is "The Effect of Product Quality and Price on Buyer Decisions of Cosmetics Make Over (Case Study on Consumers of Eka Cosmetics Stores)". The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions for Make Over cosmetics on Eka Cosmetics Shop consumers, to determine and analyze the effect of price on purchasing decisions for Make Over cosmetics on Eka Cosmetics Shop consumers and to determine and analyze the effect of product quality and price. on the decision to buy Make Over cosmetics at Eka Cosmetics Shop consumers. Primary data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 80 consumers of Eka Cosmetics Shop. The data analysis technique used was the SPSS version 23.0 application, using data testing and statistical testing. From the results of data analysis on the variables studied, namely product quality and price, it shows that there is an influence on the purchasing decision of Make Over cosmetics on Eka Cosmetics Shop Consumers simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Lematang Kabupaten Lahat. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan insidental sampling. Sampel yang diteliti adalah pelanggan PDAM Tirta Lematang Kabupaten Lahat yang berjumlah 95 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan dapat menerangkan 60,6% variabel kepuasan pelanggan. Adapun hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk dan kepuasan pelanggan memiliki nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu masing-masing 4,890 > 2,000 dan 6,179 > 2,000. Kemudian secara simultan diperoleh Fhitung > Ftabel (70,880 > 8,57). Simpulan, variabel kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan pelanggan. Adapun secara simultan, kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Pelanggan, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kualitas Produk

Abstract

This study aimed at career development and compensation for job satisfaction of employees of the Community Empowerment Agency. The research sample consisted of 45 employees of the Community Empowerment Agency. With the data collection method in the form of a census, followed by the F test and T-test. The analysis results can be interpreted that X_1 (career development) showed a coefficient value of (0.412). From the resulted of the hypothesis testing together, the career development variable and the compensation variable as a whole have a significant effect on the employee job satisfaction variable at the Lahat Village Community Empowerment Agency. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of product variation, product packaging, and the effect of both (product variation, and product packaging) on ​​consumer buying interest in Sosro bottled tea at Lesehan Pak Gendut. This research used an Associative Quantitative research design. The data analysis technique used is the SPSS version 23.0 application, using data testing, and statistical testing. The results showed that product variation, product packaging, and their influence (product variation, and product packaging) respectively had Mean>Std values. Dev. (41,840>4,45091; 41,380>4,96062; 41,300>4,85399). The conclusion is that product variations and product packaging indicate an influence on consumer buying interest in bottled tea sosro at Lesehan Pak Gendut simultaneously and partially.
