Abstract

The problem in this study is the decline in badminton sports achievement in the PB Starka Club in Kerinci Regency, Jambi Province. The purpose of this study was to find out how to foster badminton sporting achievements in the PB Club Starka district Kerinci Jambi Province. This type of research is a descriptive study. The sampling technique using total sampling technique, the number of samples in this study were 25 athletes. The instrument in this study was to use a research questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study was to use the t test. The results of this study are: 1) Fostering achievement on coach quality indicators on Good classification, 2) Physical quality on Good classification, 3) Technical quality on Excellent classification, 4) Tactic quality on Good classification, 5) Mental quality on Very Good classification , 6) quality of trainers in classification Good, 7) Organization in classification Very good 8) Facilities and infrastructure in classification Very good, 9) Training program in classification Very good, 10) Parental support for classification "Very good.
