Abstract

Nowadays, in globalization era information technology is advancing rapidly. Computers are equipment that was created to facilitate human work, currently achieving progress both in hardware and software. Kelurahan Sumur Batu requires an information system that supports and provides information services that are satisfying for information seekers. Kelurahan Sumur Batu is one of the smallest units of the DKI Jakarta Government which has an important role in conveying the vision and mission of the DKI Jakarta Government. The design of information systems is the best solution to solve the problem of lack of information for the people in Kelurahan Sumur Batu. With the existence of a web-based Government Information System, the information obtained will become more attractive, faster and easily accessible to many people.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi di perusahaan saat ini adalah kesulitan yang dialami oleh admin dalam mencatat peminjaman mobil oleh karyawan. Kendala ini muncul karena perusahaan masih menggunakan sistem manual, dimana pencatatan nya masih menggunakan kertas. Sistem tersebut menimbulkan berbagai masalah, terutama dalam pembuatan laporan serta dapat menimbulkan resiko hilangnya data peminjaman. Tujuan merancang aplikasi peminjaman mobil berbasis website adalah untuk mempermudah proses pengolahan data peminjaman yang terjadi pada saat ini karena semua data sudah tersimpan langsung pada database sehingga tidak terjadi lagi hilangnya data. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah waterfall, metode ini dipilih karena memiliki tahapan yang jelas seperti analisis, desain, pengkodean dan pengujian, sehingga metode ini merupakan pilihan terbaik dalam penyelesaian aplikasi peminjaman mobil ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menciptakan aplikasi peminjaman mobil operasional yang akan mempermudah perusahaan dalam mengelola data peminjaman, sehingga laporan yang dihasilkan lebih akurat dan efisien.   The problem currently occurring in the company is the difficulty experienced by the admin in recording car loans by employees. This obstacle arises because the company still uses a manual system, where recording still uses paper. This system causes various problems, especially in preparing reports and can pose a risk of losing loan data. The aim of designing a website-based car loan application is to simplify the current loan data processing process because all data is stored directly in the database so that data loss does not occur again. In this research, the system development method used is waterfall, this method was chosen because it has clear stages such as analysis, design, coding and testing, so this method is the best choice in completing this car loan application. The result of this research is to create an operational car loan application that will make it easier for companies to manage loan data, so that the reports produced are more accurate and efficient.
