Abstract

In the current era of modernization is very rapid development of technology that makes all the current facilities have a lot of mobile and web-based. One of the advances in technology today is the presence of Geographic Information System (GIS). Geographic Information System (GIS) is a computer system that has the ability to build, store, manage, and display geographic information references. School is an institution designed for the teaching of students / pupils under the supervision of teachers. Public schools, the school organized by the government, ranging from elementary schools, middle schools,high schools, and colleges. Private schools, the school organized by non-government / private, in the form of weight organizers in the form of educational foundations that until now legal entities education providers is still a draft government regulation.

Abstract

Monitoring and surveillance system in forest area is a system developed by implementing the achievement of technology and information to collect data and information in different ways. With the development of science, especially in the field of technology and information, especially in the development of the Internet of Things (IoT) increasingly provide opportunities to obtain information in real time, massive and accurate. ICT-related research for forest areas to be developed is an integrated system between forest ecosystems, buffer zones and urban areas through cloud computing systems involving integrated data centers for various data needs. IoT to be developed include: Visual Camera that can be used for surveillance of animals and vegetation, environmental sensors consisting of Weather Station, Temperature Sensor and Fire, GPS Sensor for Pal Limit. Access and data collection can use 450 Mhz point to point LTE BTS, or satelite at an economical price. Use for data.

Abstract

Image processing is the processing of two-dimensional images through digital computers "(Jain, 1989). In image processing there are several steps that must be done,namely image acquisition, image enhancement (pre-procesing), image segmentation, representation and description , then introduction and interpretation. Edge detection (edge detection) is one of the stages in image processing that aims to find out the pattern of image objects that kemudaian can be used in segmentation and extraction features on the image. In edge detection there are several methods that are quite popular among them is the canny and sobel method. In the process and result detection canny is superior with value 3,889 than sobel which only have value 3,667 based on goodness of image recommended from ITU 500-11.

Abstract

The development of increasingly rapid technological changes that make the rise. No wonder if all of the current facility has much mapped into a digital form that is easier for everyone to search for it.This is the main attraction in the development of location-based services technology. The hospital is a professional health care institutions whose services are provided by doctors, nurses,and other health professionals. Along with needed her more in the hospital, then every community is expected to know the locations of the hospital closest to the place of residence to anticipate things thatare not desirable. It takes a Geographic Information System application that can help people to find out where the locations of hospitals that will go.In this study, the authors wanted to learn how to build the information system applications, so that the writer can know clearly about the design of information technology, and can be implemented in future studies.

Abstract

Information technology is increasingly developed and developing all the time, has a very important role in all aspects of all wildlife. One aspect of the emerging technology is mobile technology on smartphone devices (smartphones).One of the technologies being busy discussed smartphone is Android. Android is an operating system for smartphones. It is built based on the Linux kernel that has beenmodified so that it is suitable for use in mobile phones or other handheld devices. Today more and more people are using the Android operating system, almost all walks of society to use it.To determinethe nearest lane to use API in Google Map.The author took the initiative to create a concept of mapping the position and distance calculator for smartphones with Android plat-form. This conceptutilizes Google Maps as map and GPS service embedded on smartphones to determine the location and calculation distance. In the process of marking a mobile mapping there are methods that can be used algorithm devicebased(LBS based tool). The algorithm is based on the GPS device on the phone.Mobile phones rely on the ability of the GPS device.

Abstract

In addition to the city, a small town such as Malang city that is dominated by the theft of motor vehicles, especially motorcycles. Based on data from Malang Police,  cases in 2012 reached 1,200 and in 2013 reached 1,188 reports of disappearances recorded. Compared to other criminal cases such as forgery, fraud, embezzlement, motorcycle theft case has a high rate. While the number of two-wheeled motor vehicle theft has the percentage of 99% of the data existing cases in 2012 and 2013. (Data from Malang Police in 2013). One way that can be used to secure the vehicle from theft criminal act is to apply the Global Positioning System (GPS) on our vehicles. GPS can be described as a global satellite navigation system based on space that provides location and time that is reliable in all weather conditions at all times and anywhere on or near the earth's surface, and where the line of sight are unimpeded from four or more GPS satellites (Analysis of the Influence of Forest Environments on the Accuracy of GPS Measurements by Using Genetic Algorithms. 2010.  Ordonez Galan, C., et al). If the GPS device is applied to the motor vehicle, the position data from the GPS can be delivered simultaneously. When the bike is lost due to theft or for various other reasons, the motorcycle can be easily recovered.

Abstract

As a social robot, a mission to find and locate objects in for evacuated of disaseter is the ability to be possessed by Lumen Robot Friend (LRF). The robot can easily become a friend and help human’s activity especially for emergency respond. Complexity in an uncertain environment from emergency, LRF is difficult to find the object that requires a scenario that involves a lot of approaches. LRF's mission is the process of completion of the mission for helping human’s activity, through the incorporation the capabilities of Face Recognition, Sign and Text recognition, gesture recognition, and object recognition of LRF in an uncertain environment, then the goals can be achieved. The focus of this research is to develop the ability to recognize the LRF, understand commands through gesture and text, search for the path based on directions, and determine a rational action and finally the object can be founded and given to the right person
