Abstract

The high rates of population growth and urbanization made competition increasingly prevalent residence. Kampong city more and more and allows for the creation of a settlement is not livable. with The good System Utilities Infrastructure at a settlement can make these settlements to be healthy, fit for habitation and give comfort to the people who live in the settlement. This study aims to: determine the existing utility infrastructure in the neighborhood of the Kampong Jembatan Beton Way Blau, knowing the problems that arise in the utility infrastructure in the neighborhood of the Kampong Jembatan BetonWay Blau and know the effort that can be done to make a healthy housing environment. Qualitative Research Methods. The research approach is Literature and case studies. Literature studies were made by outlining a theory about the river and the settlement of Kampong Kota, Theory of utility infrastructure in settlement , residential utility Infrastructure Standard (SNI) and the Regulation of Cipta Karya (PU). Case Study on Kampong Jembatan Beton Way Blau.

Abstract

The concept of green architecture that is identical to the natural shades is not limited to the design but the type and origin of building materials that were presented be part of the concept, as well as continuous innovation among which the industrial solid limah processing tapioca into charcoal, as additives block making. By the nature of the charcoal pozzolan is a material containing silica, assists in the binding reaction between the cement with aggregate filler paste adobe. The test results obtained specimen strength - average of adobe around 711,5kg / cm2, equivalent to B1 quality, this quality brick is the standard used to carry the load in construction. While the tangible benefits gained from this product is more environmentally friendly waste utilization results potentially pollutant or tapioca as product innovation and applicable for the construction of green architecture.

Abstract

Hospitals are the type of buildings that have a lot of users to be met needs. All users are doing the movement. In performing this movement, the use of the elements of circulation so that more and more users, the more complex circulation occurs.The purpose of this study is to mengetahuai circulation in Urip Sumoharjo hospital in emergencies.The method used is Qualitative. Data was collected by questionnaires, interviews, observation records, documentation / capturing images, the data of the book, the data from the internet.The research instrument guide frame of reference, Laptop, literature book, camera and internet. Data analysis was performed with data reduction, data presentation and conclusion.The results obtained in this study did not meet the standards yaituerbang entry due to lack of separation of access for pedestrians and vehicles, car parking area visitors are not meeting the standard because there is no protection against the weather. Pedestrian circulation does not meet the standards because of the lack of protection against rain and hot sun for pedestrians from the parking area to the hospital building. Abstract

Sunlight is a natural resource that as renewable energy. Exploiting sunlight as a natural lighting in the library can reduce the electrical energy in the library and can provide visual comfort of the library users. This study aims to: determine the effect of opening vast library to the library lighting quality, knowing the condition of natural lighting intensity in the room of the library, know the level of users comfort of the natural lighting; and know how to optimize natural lighting in the library. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Performing two approaches, namely the study of literature and case studies. The study of literature includes a review of the theory of natural lighting, visual comfort theory and the theory of the campus library standards. The case study consists of two data, that is primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data from the measurement results on the two objects. Secondary data consists of literature, the Indonesian National Standarddata and questionnaire results to the user. The result is that the size of the aperture affects the natural lighting in buildings, as happened in Universitas Bandar Lampung library, the library is located on the 2nd floor in the direction of many building facing east and west so that the sun in the morning and afternoon very high. Unlike the library, Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia although this library also has a large opening, but the design of window boxes with lines and coated wood material iron bars on the windows to reduce light entering the building. The intensity of natural light in the library of the Universitas Bandar Lampung better than Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia. Because of the results of the data visible number of dots that already meet or approach the Indonesian national standards Daylighting. In addition to the openings possessed direction toward the building, the library of the Universitas Bandar Lampung intensity of light coming into the building lot. The comfort level of library users against natural lighting in the library of Universitas Bandar Lampung higher than at the library Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia. The intensity of light in the library of the Universitas Bandar Lampung is better and the results of the measurement was up to standard. As for the Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia library user comfort at lower use of natural lighting for the room A does not get direct sunlight while room B is more convenient for getting direct sun light makes the room brighter. To optimize the light intensity at the Universitas Bandar Lampung library should use the furniture with bright colors and the walls a lighter color (yellow, lightgreen, pink, lightblue), which can reflect more light. Thus increasing the intensity of light in the room. Libraries should replace the main door leaves with transparent doors (glass). The reading room should use the furniture with a lighter color. With the limited size of the room that you should use a more minimalist furniture and colors are brighter and give a lot of openings to not obstruct Natural illuminatiom. To provide more convenience in library should provide more artificial lighting so that the light intensity in the room can meet the standards

Abstract

The traditional market is a shopping tool to make ends meet. Circulation conditions and zoning traditional market is still not good enough so that still need to beimproved in order to increase user convenience market. This study aims to determine the zoning in Market Way Kandis, knowing the condition of circulation in Market Way Kandis,determine the level of user comfort Market Way Kandis circulation and circulation planning and zoning arrangement model of good to overcome the problems in Market WayKandis. The research method is descriptive. Research approach to the study of literature and case studies. Study of literature on the theory of the circulation of the traditionalmarkets and traditional markets zoning theory. The case study by dividing the data into two, namely primary data and secondary data. Analysis of the data by comparing thestandards based Neufert and Panero, as well as other literature, describe the results of a questionnaire and find solutions to the circulation and zoning better market. Based on theresults of this study concluded that circulation and zoning arrangement in the traditional market is very influential on the market user convenience in their daily activities. From thediscussion, it was found that there are still many elements of good circulation and zoning in Market Way Kandis that do not meet the criteria set standard. According to traders accessto the market, loading and unloading goods, and parked the vehicle in the market that includes easy with an average ratio of 65% on Market Way Kandis. That's because they aredoing the activity when the market is quiet. Meanwhile, according to the buyer at Market Way Kandis comfort level of circulation in the market is quite good with an average ratioof 63% of respondents answered easily. To overcome the problems of circulation and zoning in Market Way Kandis should be redesigned so that the circulation in the marketand zoning that is in these markets that can meet the existing standards.
