Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Penerapan Fungsi Public Relation Melalui Program CSR Dalam Pembentukan Citra Perusahaan. Perusahaan (PT Panca Logam Makmur) memiliki pilar-pilar tanggung jawab yang harus selalu dijaga agar tetap tegak sehingga mampu menopang keberadaan perusahaan di tengah-tengah masyarakat. Seiring dengan perkembangan kesadaran perusahaan akan pentingnya hubungan dengan masyarakat maka berkembang pula prinsip-prinsip manajemen salah satunya adalah Corporate Social Responsibility/CSR (tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan). Melalui program CSR berupaya untuk menciptakan kesan positif dari berbagai pihak agar dapat melanggengkan dan mendapatkan keuntungan dari masyarakat sekitar tambang dalam pengelolahan tambang emas. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, subjeknya adalah pihak manajemen PT. Panca Logam dan masyarakat sekitar pengelolahan tambang emas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka/-dokumen, dan diskusi terfokus. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif dan statistic deskriptif. Hasil yang diinginkan dalam penelitian ini adalah menemukan pola baru dalam menciptakan citra positif PT. Panca Logam Makmur pada masyarakat sekitar beroperasinya tambang emas. Abstract

Internalization value since an early age will be rooted to life. Any discriminatory values and messages will not be found in the Islamic concept, both to women and men. The verses that reveal about the relationship between men and women show a message of equality between men and women. Thus, the values of equality should be developed at an early age children, both within the family and the pre-school educational institutions. In early childhood learning also needs to be developed the oriented learning of gender balance, to avoid learning of the gender bias values, both in the field of development and behavior formation and in the field of development of basic skills. The development of the formation of such behavior include the development of moral and religious values, as well as social and emotional development of the child; whereas the field of basic capabilities include cognitive abilities, language, motor, and art; needs to be developed by educators with equality and gender balance. Abstract

The rapid growth of the city turned out to carry a variety of problems. One of the problemsMis the increasing number of urban poor settler. They can be found in every corner of the city and living as beggars, scavengers, unskilled laborers, and other informal sectors workers. Poverty and limited buying power to force them to take shelter in a doorway, around the bridge, in the traditional markets, etc. Nevertheless, some also try to survive by making temporary house which is built in accordance to their concept of house. Their particular concepts of physical house is quite interesting to study. This study investigated how the process and the background of becoming homeless. The approach used is the homelessness approach in a global perspective such as climate, culture, housing, and job-seeking. The study found that there are some criteria of homeless in the city of Kendari. There are people who sleep in any place, move, and who stay at home with makeshift construction or not appropriate eligibility rules and legality predetermined laws. Most of them live in rural part of Kendari because this is the central development of the city of Kendari and tend to provide more opportunity for informal sector to develop. The lack of identity cards (Kartu Tanda Penduduk- KTP) become one of the most significant issues for the lack of access to the procurement of the home, education, health and other matters, especially in recognition of their existence. Abstract

This research is motivated by ethnic diversity in the city of Kendari which often led to the social friction and mostly constructed as social disintegration which stems from a personal feud then escorted to the ethnic problem. This feeling needs to be tested in a scientific sphere in which an issue can not be accepted and taken for granted without conducting the assessment, so that later statements and conclusions drawn have a proper scientific basis. According to the writer’s presumption, social disintegration that has occurred is not understood as a matter of social common, but can be traced roots of the problem, especially coupled with the intensity of the frequent occurrence. So it can be assumed that the conflict happened because wake of the negative stereotypes of each ethnicity, so that social integration is often cracked though only bothered with trivial reasons. The desired result of this research was to determine the ethnic stereotypes of the local in the city of Kendari which includes ethnic Tolaki, ethnic Muna and Buton ethnic integration always torn along with the passing of time. This study used a qualitative approach, the subject was the students and the community in the Kambu Village and Lalolara Village. Abstract

This study aims to describe the works of employees and human resource development in the Office of Sub-district head of Kambu on Kendari City. Data collection was done through the distribution of questionnaires, documentation and interviews to the respondents. The results showed that the works of employees in the Office of Sub-district head of Kambu on Kendari were still low. This could be seen from the indicators of timeliness of work, compliance with the rules, quality of work, morale, effective communication, ability to give additional value, and responsibility to the assets of organization. In addition, the development of human resources at the Office of Sub-district head of Kambu on Kendari City was also not maximized. This could be seen from indicators of low mastery of concepts, technical skills and moral development. Keywords : development, human resources, the works, employee
