Abstract

Mediation that is carried out by the mediator in a juridical manner must be carried out before the main examination of the case, and if it is not implemented it will result in the decision being null and void (Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 of 2008). Meanwhile, the legal process that originates from each family party, juridically it is an initiative of the panel of judges to implement (Law on Religious Courts), because in the existing regulations it is stated with the phrase "can", which is based on an interim decision by the panel of judges. those who examine, in fact, in practice, the role of Hakam in divorce proceedings in religious courts is no longer relevant and implemented, because his function has been replaced by a mediator as required by a Supreme Court Regulation, and the litigants tend to be determined to separate.

Abstract

In the provisions of the law, marriage must be carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions of marriage. One of the conditions of the marriage is an agreement between the parties who wish to marry, including knowing the identity of each party. This means that a marriage is prohibited if it does not meet the requirements, while such a marriage which has already been carried out can be canceled. In the writing of this thesis, research was carried out on problems in the form of the process of implementing an application for a marriage cancellation case at the Religious Court and the legal consequences of cancellation of marriage on children and joint assets. In the research method used was normative juridical. The procedure for filing a cancellation request at the Religious Court begins with registration of the application and goes through several administrative processes which are then followed by a trial where at the first trial the panel of judges is obliged to reconcile the applicant with the respondent, furthermore, the cancellation of the marriage has a legal effect on the relationship between the applicant and the respondent which is no longer bound by ties. a legal and essential marriage, and there is no civil obligation for the applicant or the respondent.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang ingin dikaji dalam dalam penelitian tindakan ini adalah: (a) bagaimana penerapan metode tutor sebaya pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam khususnya pada materi QS. Al Hujurat? (b) Bagaimana hasil metode tutor sebaya terhadap peningkatan kemampuan memabaca QS. Al Hujurat? Tujuan penelitian yang hendak diperoleh adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang: (a) gambaran obyektif dari penerapan metode tutor sebaya pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) khususnya pada materi QS. Al Hujurat? (b) hasil metode tutor sebaya terhadap peningkatan kemampuan memabaca QS. Al Hujurat? Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan (action research) sebanyak dua putaran. Setiap putaran terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu: rancangan, kegiatan dan pengamatan, refleksi, dan refisi. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Ekasakti Padang. Data yang diperoleh berupa hasil tes formatif, lembar observasi kegiatan belajar mengajar. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa prestasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I sampai siklus II yaitu, siklus I (71,8%), siklus II (87,5%). Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah metode tutor sebaya dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap Kemampuan Membaca QS. Al Hujurat Siswa X SMA Ekasakti Padang

Abstract

The reasoning and problem solving model in learning has five learning steps, namely: (1) reading and thinking (identifying facts and problems, visualizing situations, describing solution settings, (2) exploring and planning (organizing information, drawing solution diagrams, making tables, graphs, or figures), (3) selecting strategies (setting patterns, testing patterns, simulations or experiments, reduction or expansion, logical deduction, writing equations), (4) finding answers (estimating, using computational, algebraic, and geometry), (5) reflection and expansion (correcting answers, finding other alternative solutions, expanding concepts and generalizations, discussing solutions, formulating original varied problems) The developing social system is the lack of the teacher's role as a transmitter of knowledge, democratic, teacher and students have the same status, namely facing problems, interactions are based on problems deal. The reaction principle developed is that the teacher acts more as a counselor, consultant, source of constructive criticism, facilitator, high-level thinker. This role is shown mainly in the process of students carrying out problem solving activities. The learning tools needed are in the form of confrontational material that is able to generate basic, critical, creative thinking processes, higher-order thinking, and non-routine problem solving strategies, and non-routine problems that challenge students to make reasoning and problem solving efforts. As the impact of learning in this model is understanding, critical and creative thinking skills, problem solving skills, communication skills, skills to use knowledge meaningfully. While the accompanying impact is the tentative nature of the scientist, scientific process skills, autonomy and freedom of students and students, tolerance for uncertainty and non-routine problems.Keywords: Innovation, Learning, Civics, Junior High School, Senior High School, Higher Education.

Abstract

This research explains, it is necessary to make innovative-creative thinking regarding an integrated education system development model, which can mix and accommodate efforts to improve and achieve various educational policies (equitable and expanding access to education, improving the quality of education, relevance of education, etc.) targeted) together, not partially and sequentially, including its sustainability aspects. The results of increasing and achieving equity and expanding access to education, need to be accompanied by improving the quality of education (with a massive quality improvement model, for example), but also need to pay attention to aspects of relevance (by, for example, matching the curriculum with existing empirical, by updating the syllabus every year once, even without changing the formal curriculum). The sustainability aspect also needs to be considered, so that the implementation of a policy does not only depend on whether there is a subsidy from the center, while when subsidies are eliminated or revoked, for example, then it does not work. Furthermore, the success of education is also inseparable from aspects of leadership (leadership). So that in this case the selected policy makers should be those who side with education and not those who do not have a vision for the world of education. Choosing officials or leaders with character and justice is one of the efforts to improve people's political education.Keywords: Concept, Paradigm, Implications, Educational Development.

Abstract

Based on the observations, it was found many teachers do not preparing a teaching device. Even some of them, teaching in the classroom without the use of RPP. Presumably the teacher's performance is still low in carrying out their duties. Lack of teacher performance allegedly due to low motivation of teachers and the less conducives’school climate.This study aims to reveal how big the contribution of Teachers’Work Motivation and school climate on the performance of Religion teachers of Senior High School in the district of Padang There were three hypotheses proposed in this research that teachers' motivation contribute to the performance of teachers, school climate contributes to teacher performance, teacher motivation and school climate contribute to the performance of teachers. Research method used was a quantitative correlational study with a population of primary school teachers in the district of Padang. State as much as 143 and the sample was taken as many as 97 people using Proportional stratified random sampling technique, taking into account years of service and educational strata. The instrument used was a tested questionnaire on its reliability and validity using SPSS version 16. The data was then analyzed using correlation and regression techniques. The results showed that the hypothesis were empirically acceptable. These findings can be concluded that the motivation of teachers and school climate are two factors that contribute to teacher performance. Therefore it is expected that the relevant parties to consider both factors that may increase teacher’s performance.
