Abstract

Intemational business relationship hetd intersate, state with individuat or state with intemational organization cannot be worked out closer ever after. Often the relationships raise dispute. Thereforg tlre law has to give a foundation in order that parties can ask a judge or arbiter\'s legal assistance to review the content of contracl wheather clauses of contract has to be renegoliated again, changed or cancelled. Intemational arbitration has long been recognized as a mean of resolving commercial disputies, especially those with international dimensions. It\'s believel that arbitration offers some advantages compare to litigaton. As a result, foreign investors have been encreasingly using international arbitration provisions in their agreements.
