Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of good corporate governance on corporate social responsibility. The Data that used in this research are all form of annual reports published by companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The population used is transportation sub Sector Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018 which amounted to 37 companies. Purposive sampling is used in this research to obtain 8 companies as research sample. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS Version 25. The results of the research showed audit committee negatively influence on the corporate social responsibility, the board of commissioners has no influence on the corporate social responsibility, the institutional ownership negatively affected on the corporate social responsibility, and the independent commissioner no impact on the corporate social responsibility.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The population used is the transportation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014 - 2018, amounting to 37 companies. Purposive sampling was used to obtain 8 companies as research samples. Data used in the form of annual reports published by the companies, and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that simultaneously, Audit Committee, the Board of Commissioners, Institutional Ownership and Independent Commissioners prove to have a significant effect on CSR. However, the results of statistical tests prove that partially, the Audit Committee and Institutional Ownership have a significant negative effect on CSR; The Board of Commissioners has positive and significant influence on CSR; and Independent Commissioners have a negative but not significant effect on CSR.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze how the effect of Current Ratio, Return On Assets, Company Size and Total Asset Turnover on Capital Structure. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study are various industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange totaling 46 companies. The sample of this research is 13 companies selected by purposive sampling technique. The statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the Current Ratio, Company Size and Total Asset Turnover had an effect on the Capital Structure. While the Return on Assets has no effect on the Capital Structure. And simultaneously Current Ratio, Return On Assets, Company Size and Total Asset Turnover affect the Capital Structure. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 70.2% while the remaining 29.8% Capital Structure is explained by other variables not examined in this study. The conclusion of this study is that only the Current Ratio, Company Size and Total Asset Turnover have a significant effect on the Capital Structure of various industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. Abstract

Saat ini*industri dasar dan kimia merupakan*industri penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Bertujuan pengujian Pengaruhi Ukuran Perusahaan(X1), Kualitas Laporan Keuangan(X2), Kepemilikan Institusional(X3) dan Struktur_Modal(X4) Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan(Y) di Industri Dasardan Kimia yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2019 - 2022. Mengolah data dengan pendekatan kuantitatif penelitian. Berjenis penelitiannya kuantitatif dan bersifat kausal. Populasi adalah 86 Industri Dasar dan Kimia Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2019 s/d 2022. Penarikan sampelnya dengan purposive sanpling. Sampel 15 perusahaan. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik dokumentasi dan tinjauan pustaka. Pemodelan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS.Hasilnya adalah Ukuran Perusahaan(X1), Kualitas Laporan Keuangan(X2) mempengaruhi individual Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan(Y) di Industri Dasar dan Kimia yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2019 s/d 2022. Kepemilikan Institusional(X3) tidak mempengaruhi_parsial Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan(Y) di Industri Dasar dan Kimia yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2019 s/d 2022. Struktur Modal(X4) mempengaruhi_parsial Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan(Y) di Industri Dasar dan Kimia yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2019 s/d 2022. Ukuran Perusahaan(X1), Kualitas Laporan Keuangan(X2), Kepemilikan Institusional(X3) dan Struktur Modal(X4) memengaruhi kebersamaan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan(Y) di Industri Dasar dan Kimia yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2019 s/d 2022.”
