<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis perlindungan hukum terhadap anak sebagai korban delik penganiayaan di Kabupaten Bone dan faktor penyebabnya. Jenis data adalah data primer dan data sekunder, data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara secara langsung dengan responden yang berkompeten, dalam hal ini adalah Penyidik unit PPA Kepolisian Resort Bone, serta pelaku dan korban penganiayaan terhadap anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Perlindungan hukum terhadap anak yang menjadi korban penganiayaan menjadi tanggung jawab seluruh komponen bangsa. Perlindungan hukum tidak hanya pengaturan mengenai sanksi pidana kepada pelaku, melainkan juga mengatur tentang proses tuntutan hukumnya (hukum formil/acara), kompensasi, pemihan dan pengamanan diri korban yang telah di atur di dalam Peraturan perundang-undangan Indonesia seperti KUHP, Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 Tentang Perlindungan Anak (2) Faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya delik penganiayaan terhadap anak di Kabupaten Bone adalah faktor lingkungan, Faktor ketaatan beragama, faktor ekonomi, faktor kesadaran hukum, dan faktor pendidikan.Adapun Upaya-upaya yang telah dilakukan pihak Kepolisian Resort Bone dalam menanggulangi delik Penganiayaan terhadap anak yakni Upaya Preventif dan Upaya Represif. The research objective to analyze the legal protection of children as victims of maltreatment offenses in Bone Regency and the factors that cause them. The types of data are primary data and secondary data, primary data obtained through direct interviews with competent respondents, in this case the investigators of the PPA unit of the Bone Resort Police, as well as perpetrators and victims of child abuse. The results of the study indicate that (1) Legal protection for children who are victims of abuse is the responsibility of all components of the nation. Legal protection does not only regulate criminal sanctions against perpetrators, but also regulates the legal process (formal/procedural law), compensation, selection and self-protection of victims which have been regulated in Indonesian laws and regulations such as the Criminal Code, Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection (2) The factors that cause child abuse offenses in Bone Regency are environmental factors, religious observance factors, economic factors, legal awareness factors, and educational factors.
