Abstract

Access of tax officers to the financial industry customers is set forth in Perppu No. 1 2017Th, the issuance of this rule is closely linked to the financial information exchange agreement between the Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Informce (AEoFIA) organized by Member States of the Organization for Economic  Co-operation and Development (OECD), including Indonesia. At the same time the Perppu is at the same time the capital of the tax authorities to pursue the tax target. The tax authorities are authorized to request additional information and evidence from financial institutions, as the latter annuls several articles which have been the secret locking of financial industry customers. This Perppu will raise tax revenues given the low acceptance of the current tax base. Nevertheless this Perppu would be perfect if it could be metamorphosed into Law.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengkaji dan mengetahui efektifitas pelayanan public berbasis digital dalam menujudkan good government. Ekspansi teknologi informasi kiat massif dalam setiap sector kehidupan manusia tidak terkecuali dalam sendi pemerintahan. Berkembangnya teknologi yang semakin cepat menuntut perubahan paradigma masyarakat tidak terkecuali penyelenggara negara. Bagaimana imlementasi pelayanan pengurusan administrasi kependudukan berbasis digital dalam upaya mewujudkan good goverment. Bagaimana hambatan dan solusi pelayanan pengurusan administrasi kependudukan berbasis digital dalam upaya mewujudkan good government. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah yuridis normatif. Untuk meberikan pelayanan yang prima terkhusus dalam pelayanan administrasi kependudukan pemerintah daerah berlomba-lomba berinovasi dalam meningkatkan pelayanan public berbasis teknilogi. Dalam penelitian ini mengkaji tentang tranformasi pelayanan pengurusan administrasi kependudukan berbasis digital dalam upaya mewujukan good government. The purpose of this study is to examine and determine the effectiveness of digital-based public services in promoting good government. The expansion of information technology in every sector of human life is no exception in the joints of government. The rapid development of technology demands a paradigm shift in society, including state organizers. How to implement digital-based population administration services in an effort to realize good government. How are the obstacles and solutions for digital-based population administration services in an effort to realize good government. The research method used is normative juridical. To provide excellent service, especially in population administration services, local governments are competing to innovate in improving technology-based public services. In this study, it examines the transformation of digital-based population administration services in an effort to realize good government.
