Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know the activity of the antibacterial filtrate and sediment from the juice of the leaves valoak (Sterculia comosa Wallich) bacteriostatic or off bactericidal on the Salmonella typhi. This is the experimental-laboratory research, the treatment included five (5) filtrate and sediment concentration of the juice of the leaves valoak (Sterculia comosa Wallich) is: A = 100%, B = 80%, C = 60%, D = 40%, E = 0 %, and each with five (5) replications.The results showed that treatment of the activity of the antibacterial filtrate and sediment from the juice of the leaves valoak (Sterculia comosa Wallich) off bactericidal on the Salmonella typhi bacteria at a concentration of 80%. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi senyawa-senyawa antibakteri yaitu saponin, flavonoid, tannin, dan polifenol pada ekstrak ekstrak akar herba Acalypha indica L. asal Kupang Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian laboratorium, dengan langkah-langkah: Pembuatan ekstrak menggunakan metode maserasi. Mengidentifikasi jenis senyawa antibakteri (saponin, flavonoid, tannin, dan polifenol) pada akar herba Acalypha indica L. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak akar herba Acalypha indica L. mengandung senyawa antibakteri, yaitu senyawa saponin dan polifenol. Senyawa Flavonoid dan tannin tidak terdapat pada pada akar herba Acalypha indica L. Kata kunci: Antibakteri, ekstrak akar herba, Acalypha indica L

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aimed to know the isolation and identification of Salmonella and Staphylococcus aureus bacterium content of smoked at Euthynnus afinis of temperature and duration of storage. This research represent research of laboratoris eksperimental with factorial experiment desain 2 factor, that is A factor treatment of temperature ( 0oC, 4oC, 25oC), and duration of storage treatment factor ( 0, 4, 8, 12 day) each treating 3 replikasi. The result of isolation and identification no Salmonella were found, howefer Staphylococcus aureus were found. The total Staphylocuccus aureus bacterium content of smoked Euthynnus afinis: Treatment of temperature 4oC, and duration of storage 12 and 16 day, mean of colony 3,5 x 104 CFU/ml, and 2,2 x 105 CFU/ml. Treatment of temperature 25oC, and duration of storage 4, 8, 12 and 16 day, each mean of colony 1,6 x 104 CFU/ml, 2,7 x 104 CFU/ml, 1,6 x 105 CFU/ml, dan 4,2 x 105 CFU/ml. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi golongan senyawa tanin, flafonoid, alkoloid dan saponin sebagai senyawa antibakteri pada ekstrak daun kelor (Moringa oleifera L.) yang berasal dari Kota Kupang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian laboratorium, dengan langkah-langkah: Pembuatan ekstrak menggunakan metode maserasi. Mengidentifikasi jenis senyawa antibakteri (Tanin, flavonoid, alkaloid , dan saponin) pada ekstrak daun kelor (Moringa oleifera L.) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa pada ekstrak daun kelor (Moringa oleifera L.) yang berasal dari Kota Kupang mengandung golongan senyawa sebagai antibakteri yaitu golongan senyawa tanin, flafonoid, saponin, dan tidak mengandung golongan senyawa alkaloid.Kata kunci: Identifikasi, antibakteri, Daun, Moringa oleifera L
