Abstract

Anemia dalam kehamilan adalah kondisi ibu dengan kadar hemoglobin (Hb) < 11 gr% pada trimester I dan III sedangkan pada trimester II kadar hemoglobin < 10,5 gr%. World Health Organization (WHO) pada tahun 2012, melaporkan bahwa prevalensi anemia pada ibu hamil di dunia berkisar rata-rata 14%, di negara industri 56% dan di negara berkembang antara 35%-75%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktorfaktor terjadinya anemia pada ibu primigravida di wilayah kerja Puskesmas tahun 2015. Metodelogi penelitian ini menggunakan desain Survei Analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil pertama yang berada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pringsewu sebanyak 168 orang, menggunakan tehnik sampel purposive sampling. Analisis menggunakan uji Chi square dengan tingkat kemaknaan p < 0,05. Hasil analisis bivariat pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pendidikan dengan kejadian anemia kehamilan diperoleh nilai (p= 0,03) ada hubungan antara status ekonomi dengan kejadian anemia kehamilan diperoleh nilai (p= 0,000) dan ada hubungan antara kepatuhan konsumsi tablet Fe dengan kejadian anemia kehamilan diperoleh nilai (p= 0,000). Saran bagi Puskesmas Pringsewu adalah meningkatkan program pendidikan kesehatan terutama tentang pencegahan anemia kehamilan saat kunjungan antenatal care.

Abstract

Ovarian cancer at an early stage does not give complaints, while complaints arise at an advanced stage of cancer because of the spread of cancer, the spread of cancer in serous surface of the colon and ascites is a pain in the abdominal area, uncomfortable and feel full faster. Other symptoms that often arises is easily tired, belly bulge, frequent urination and shortness of breath, so that patients with ovarian cancer will experience a decrease in appetite, decreased activity due to fatigue. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship determinate factors of ovarian cancer. Design of this study was using analytic with cross sectional approach. The sample in this study were women who were treated in hospital Abdul Moelok at maternity room of 60 people, and measuring using questionnaire and checklist sheet. The results of the study there was no correlation between age and genetic with the incidence of ovarian cancer, and there is a relationship between pads, menarche, menopause and estrogen contraception and the incidence of ovarian cancer. Recommendations researchers are to reduce the use of dioxin pads and estrogen contraception in the long term.
