Abstract

One of centrale of home industry in Malang is UD. BJ Mendit on Mendit Barat, Kec. Pakis withit’s roof production process. From the observation that the researcher do into UD. BJ Mendit,finded that the production process had been doing often with technical and non technical problemsthat make some failed roof product. Purposes of this research are identifying types of roof failedproduct, analysing main cause of roof failed product with Pareto diagram. From the steps had done,finded that the biggest failed criterion is keropos. Keropos is caused by lack of skill and correctnessof worker on processing the raw material, can also caused by process execution which not fullycorret so that produce critical process to be repaired first to increase the quality of Mendit’s roof.

Abstract

This research will apply value engineering study in planing roof Astructure of UMM's Multi Function Building (GSG). The planing includes roof geometry and material used as roofcover and skeletons. Steps taken includes information stage that have goal in determining criteria necessary in planing the roof structure and weight of the criteria,creativity stage in which we will develop roof structure altematives as many as possible by using FAST diagram,and then evaluation stage in which we will make assessment on those altematives by using feasibility and evaluation matrix, performance calculation,and calculation of cost required by respective altematives.In development st age we will make value calculation of respective alternatives, inwhich an altemative with the highest value will be chosen as proposal for roof of UMM's Multi Function Building.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang pengembangan perilaku adaptif anak tunagrahita melalui model pembelajaran langsung. Karaketristik dan keterbatasan anak tunagrahita terutama yang berhubungan dengan perilaku adaptif menjadi menjadi pertimbangan khusus dalam merancang program pembelajaran. Program yang akan dilakukan disesuaikan dengan kemampuan dan kondisi anak, yang diperoleh dari hasil asesmen yang telah dilakukan. Salah satu strategi yang dapat digunakan yaitu dengan model pembelajaran langsung untuk mengembangan perilaku adaptif. Pembelajaran langsung memiliki tahapan-tahapan yang harus dilalui, diantaranya tahap orientasi, demonstrasi, latihan terstruktur, latihan terbimbing, serta mengadakan latihan mandiri. Peran guru memberikan pengalaman langsung dan melibatkan anak secara aktif dalam setiap kegiatan. Salah satu bentuk pembelajaran langsung yang dapat dilakukan yaitu latihan menggosok gigi. Latihan pembelajaran menggosok gigi ini dapat mengembangkan perilaku adaptif anak dilihat dari aspek komunikasi, bina diri, sosial dan gerak dalam setiap fase kegiatannya.
