Abstract

The purpose of this research  is: (1) To measure the extent to which consumer attitudes toward product attributes housing type 45/90 in the city of Surakarta which include price, location, quality of construction, and the environment. (2) To test and measure the partial effect between price, location, quality of construction, and the environment of the home purchase decision type 45/90 in the city of Surakarta. (3) To test and measure the simultaneous effect between price, location, quality of construction, and the environment of the home purchase decision type 45/90 in the city of Surakarta. The research  was conducted in a residential-type 45/90 housing Surakarta city built by the developers. The population in this research is the number of consumers who have bought a house type 45/90 in the city of Surakarta. Samples were taken of 100 respondents with a cluster sampling technique. The analysis technique used is using index analysis, multiple linear regression, t test, the F test and coefficient of determination. The results of the research found that found that positive consumer attitudes toward product attributes housing type 45/90 in the city of Surakarta. This means that the people in Surakarta accept both the existence of housing type 45/90. Partially and simultaneously there is influence between price, location, building and the environment against the decision of consumers in the purchase of housing types 45/90 in Surakarta city. Decisions of consumers in the purchase of housing types 45/90 in the city of Surakarta influenced by factors of price, location, building and the environment by 91.70% and the remaining 8.30% is influenced by other variables that are not observed in this research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was (1) to test and measure the effect of business risk, profitabilias level as measured by return on assets (ROA), and profitability level as measured by return on equity (ROE) of the capital structure in the furniture craftsman at furniture market Bibis Surakarta , (2) To determine the effect of interaction between business risk, ROA, ROE on the capital structure in the furniture craftsman at furniture masrket Bibis Surakarta. (3) To determine the most dominant influence on the capital structure in the furniture craftsman at furniture market Bibis Surakarta. The object of this research is in the furniture craftsman at furniture market Bibis Banjarsari Surakarta. In this study population were entrepreneurs furniture craftsman furniture industry region in Bibis Surakarta as many as 85 employers. The samples were taken as many as 20 employers with non-probability sampling method, number of samples taken by the researcher's own judgment. Then to mengnalisis data using multiple linear regression, t test F test and coefficient of determination. Research found that there are significant posotif between business risk to capital structure in the furniture craftsman at furniture market Bibis Surakarta. There is a negative and significant influence between profitabilias level as measured by return on assets (ROA), and profitability level as measured by return on equity (ROE) of the capital structure in the furniture craftsman at furniture market Bibis Surakarta. The most dominant factor of influence on the capital structure in the furniture craftsman at furniture market Bibis Surakarta is a business risk. Capital structure in the furniture craftsman at furniture market Bibis Surakarta city can be explained by risk factors and business profitability level as measured by return on assets (ROA), and profitabilias level as measured by return on equity (ROE) of 72.30% and the balance of 27.70% describe the influence of other variables outside this research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was: (1) To determine the level of quality of services provided by the craftsmen in the furniture market Bibis Surakarta. (2) To determine the suitability of interest and customer expectations of the level of quality of services provided by the craftsmen in the furniture market Bibis Surakarta. This research was conducted in Surakarta Bibis Furniture market. The population in this study is all of the people in the city of Surakarta and surrounding areas. In this study were taken a sample of 100 customers with convinience sampling method. The results of this study can be concluded that in general the average level of the suitability of each dimension no one has reached 100 percent, so there are several dimensions that need to be improved, namely tangible dimension and the dimension of empathy. Dimensions closest customer expectations consist of dimensions of assurance, reliability and responsiveness,. While customer satisfaction index (CSI) to attribute the quality of services the furniture market Bibis Surakarta amounted to 84.979%. These results explain that the satisfaction level of overall service quality attributes assessed from customer the furniture market Bibis Surakarta has a level of  "Very Satisfied" Keywords: service quality, customer satisfaction index.

Abstract

The purpose of this research were: (1) Examine and measuring the effect of tourism revenue to the original income of Surakarta. (2) Examine and measuring the effect of tourism revenue on the growth of small and medium enterprises (UKM) in the city of Surakarta. (3) Testing and measuring the influence of growth of small and medium enterprises (UKM) to the original revenue of Surakarta city area. (4) To examine the effect of mediation on the growth of small and medium enterprises (UKM) on the effect of tourism revenues on the growth of small and medium enterprises (UKM) in Surakarta city.   This research was conducted in Surakarta City. The data used in this study is secondary data that is the original income of Surakarta, revenue of the tourism sector, and the growth of small and medium enterprises. Data collected from 2010 to 2016. The data analysis tool using path regression.   The results of this study can be concluded that the income of the tourism sector affect the local revenue; Tourism revenues affect the growth of small and medium enterprises; The growth of small and medium enterprises has an effect on the local revenue. It is also known that the growth of small and medium enterprises fully mediates the relationship between tourism revenues and local revenues.
