Abstract

This study aims to determine the consumer repurchase decisions of Raja and Soto restaurants in Yogyakarta. Through the questionnaire method, the sample in this study amounted to 139 respondents who were consumers of the Raja Sate and Soto Restaurants in Yogyakarta. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, it was found that 0.5555> 0.05 location had no significant effect on consumer repurchase decisions at Raja Sate and Soto restaurants. and Soto. It was found that 0.000 < 0.05 price had a significant effect on consumers' repurchase decisions at Raja Sate and Soto restaurants. The results found that 0.001 < 0.05 service quality had a significant effect on consumer repurchase decisions at Raja Sate and Soto restaurants.

Abstract

This study aims to know the position of competition and Marketing Strategy with SWOT analysis, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. This study was conducted at Angkringan Herbal Dewuyung. The result of descriptive analysis showed that Angkringan Herbal Dewuyung has strength and opportunities than the competitors such as it using social media as the marketing media. It also has different variety of menu than other angkringan. The location of angkringan is near to Nologaten ecotourism village. In addition, there are some weaknesses and threats of Angkringan Herbal Dewuyung. They are the price is little more expensive than other angkringan and the location of Angkringan Dewuyung is located in the alley. The conclusion is the marketing strategy owned by Angkringan Dewuyung has more strengths and opportunities than weakness and threats.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions for Asus laptop products on the Ar-Royyaan Baitul Hamdi Islamic Boarding School (PPM) Consumers in Yogyakarta. This study uses a quantitative research approach with multiple linear regression method. The variables used are Product Quality, Price, Purchase Decision. The type of data used in this study is primary data taken directly by distributing questionnaires, namely the Consumers of the Ar-Royyaan Baitul Hamdi Islamic Boarding School Students (PPM) Yogyakarta. The results of this study indicate that product quality and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions on Ar-Royyaan Baitul Hamdi Islamic Boarding School Students (PPM) consumers in Yogyakarta

Abstract

Management science is basic knowledge that must be possessed by every business actor in running a business. In order for the application of the management science system in a business to run optimally, business actors must understand and apply management functions including; planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling. This study aims to determine  the Implementation of Knowledge Management System in  MSMEs in Salatiga City (Case Study of Pak Kun Frozen food). Data from this study was obtained from two resource persons who are owners and employees of Pak Kun Frozen food. This research is qualitative by using direct interview methods at the research location. Data analysis uses methods of data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing and triangulation. The results showed that MSMEs Pak Kun Frozen food has implemented the Knowledge Management System, but there are obstacles related to the lack of employee awareness about management science. Therefore, full support from management and business owners is needed in facilitating employee training and development.

Abstract

The use of digital technology, especially through the TikTok platform, has provided new opportunities for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to expand their market reach and improve their performance. In addition, financial literacy is also an important factor in the financial management of MSMEs. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the effect of digital marketing through the TikTok application and financial literacy on MSME performance. In this study, a quantitative research approach with purposive sampling method was used to select 91 respondents from the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Department of PT Indomoro Kencana in Murung Raya Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. Primary data was obtained through interviews and distributing questionnaires to MSME actors, while secondary data was obtained from the MSME Office and scientific journals. Data analysis was conducted with validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing t (T-Test) and F test (F-Test), and coefficient of determination (R2) analysis. The results show that both digital marketing and financial literacy have a significant influence on MSME performance partially. This finding suggests that the implementation of digital marketing strategies can increase the visibility and interaction of MSMEs with consumers through digital platforms. In addition, good financial literacy helps MSMEs optimize their financial management and make better financial decisions. Simultaneously, both variables also have a significant effect on MSME performance together. In conclusion, this study emphasizes the importance of using effective digital marketing strategies and improving financial literacy in supporting MSME performance. The use of digital marketing through the TikTok application provides opportunities for MSMEs to increase visibility and interaction with consumers. Meanwhile, good financial literacy helps MSMEs to manage finances efficiently and make the right financial decisions. The combined use of these two aspects can provide greater benefits for MSMEs in achieving their business growth and success.
