Abstract

Desa Jeblog, Kecamatan Karanganom, Kabupaten Klaten merupakan kawasan Minapolitan dimana dominasi usaha warga desa pada industri peternakan ikan dan pengolahan hasil ikan khususnya ikan nila. Selain industri kecil rumahan, pertanian, dan perdagangan, industri ternak ikan nila telah menjadi mata pencaharian utama yang turun-temurun dari sejarah Desa Jeblog sendiri. Keuntungan secara geografis, letak Desa Jeblog yang berdekatan dengan salah satu sumber mata air jernih di Kecamatan Karanganom yakni umbul Ponggok di Desa Ponggok. Meskipun dengan dukungan sumber daya lingkungan yang melimpah, Desa Jeblog dinilai belum mampu mengoptimalkan menjadi sebuah ekosistem pariwisata dan kewirausahaan yang terintegrasi. Program pengabdian ini merupakan bagian dari rangkaian program kerjasama unit PPM Jurusan Manajemen FBE UII kemitraan Desa Jeblog untuk membantu mewujudkan tujuan besar Desa Jeblog sebagai ikon desa wisata nila. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah penyuluhan dan pendampingan terkait tata kelola organisasi desa yang efektif sebagai bentuk penguatan pilar internal yang mendukung capaian tujuan Desa Jeblog sebagai ikon desa wisata Nila. Berdasarkan capaian pelaksanaan dari program penyuluhan dan pendampingan tata kelola organisasi desa yang efektif dapat dikategorikan sangat baik karena mampu memunculkan keterlibatan penuh dan komitmen tinggi perangkat desa dan pengelola BUMDes untuk mewujudkan tata kelola organisasi desa yang ideal.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of general risk on trust, consume rsatisfaction, and interest in recommending halal products with Waroeng Steak and Shake as the object. Quantitative methods are used with an objective theory testing approach through statistical analysis of 200 Muslim consumer respondents in Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that general risk has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust, consumer satisfaction, and interest in recommending halal products. In addition, consumer trust also has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction and interest in recommending halal products. This approach emphasizes the importance of managerial strategies that focus on risk management and increasing consumer trust and satisfaction to iincrease interest in recommending Waroeng Steak and Shake halal products.

Abstract

One of the factors that determines the success of an organization is the performance of human resources. Leadership style is the way a leader behaves, communicates and interacts with other people in influencing other people to do something. The work environment is the main part that is able to improve the quality of work productivity, where the work environment is the social, physical and psychological life in an organization. This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at Perum Perhutani KPH Surakarta. The data used is in the form of a questionnaire that has been distributed to all employees of Perum Perhutani KPH Surakarta. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS software where the results indicated that leadership style had a positive but not significant influence on employee performance and the work environment did not have a positive or significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate employee satisfaction with the development program at PT Bukit Asam Tbk. The research approach used is descriptive quantitative by collecting primary data through questionnaire surveys and observations and secondary data from company statistical datasets. The results showed that in 2022, PT Bukit Asam Tbk has realized training programs for 992 employees. The level of employee satisfaction with the training material, instructor's ability, and training atmosphere showed an average value of 3.8 (agree). Furthermore, the assessment of supervisor and coworker satisfaction with employee performance after training received an average value of 3.7 (effective). This indicates that the development program conducted by PT Bukit Asam Tbk has a positive impact on improving employee performance. This study recommends that companies use information systems to facilitate the management of employee data and training programs and provide opportunities for employees to propose training according to their needs.
