Abstract

The more advanced the times and changes in human life patterns cause human needs to also change, one of which is primary needs, especially in terms of food and drink. The increasing need for food, of course, will bring business opportunities, one of which is the aqiqah & catering business. One of these businesses in Surabaya is Aqiqah Mandiri & Catering. Aqiqah Mandiri & Catering is a business engaged in services and catering which is one of the shelters of Yatim Mandiri. The Aqiqah Mandiri & Catering business is classified as superior and has a good enough potential to develop. Competition in the business world is getting wider, causing companies to have a good marketing strategy to increase sales turnover. With regard to the business strategy carried out by Aqiqah Mandiri & Catering, researchers are interested in studying the marketing strategy implemented by Aqiqah Mandiri & Catering to increase sales turnover. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data sources obtained are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that Aqiqah Mandiri & Catering in marketing implements the 7P strategy which includes product, price, place, promotion, process, people and physical. Of the seven strategies, the most dominant in increasing sales turnover is the product, price and promotion strategy. Abstract

Waqf insurance benefits and investment in sharia life insurance may follow the provisions contained in the fatwa. The concept of waqf in insurance is divided into three types. First, the Wakaf Fund, a waqf as an insurance model, in which Tabarru funds in sharia insurance called waqf funds. The mechanism, before people tabarru, the company formed a waqf fund, then people tabarru and tabarru funds were put into the fundwakaf fund. Second, Wakaf Polis is a policy that is ready and in the hands of policyholders, the benefits are pledged to the agency or waqf institution. Policies received by waqf agencies or institutions come from conventional and sharia insurance. The relevance of waqaf and sharia insurance aims to the utilization of insurance by investing through waqf management institutions that later have results and benefits, then those benefits can be used for the benefit of the people. This research uses phenomenological qualitative approach, because qualitative approach has characteristics, among others: it has actual settings, researchers become key instruments, data is usually descriptive, emphasizes the process, data analysis is inductive, and meaning (meaning) of each event is an essential concern. Abstract

The advantages of the basic principles contained in the Pancasila economic system are equally related to the principles of humanity, economic nationalism, economic democracy which are embodied in a people's economy and justice. Of course, the concept of Pancasila economics itself is not just a practical theory in economic behavior, but is a discipline of economics with principles to allocate scarce and limited resources to be used rationally so as to achieve maximum results for the welfare of all Indonesian people. Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to find out the implementation of an open economic system in Indonesia based on QS Al Mulk paragraph 15. This economic openness Indonesia occupies 68 levels in the world according to GIEO. Indonesia is taking full advantage of strategic trade relations in Southeast Asia so that foreign capital flows support the current account balance. Then the Governments are required to improve the management of resources so as not to hinder exports and imports as well as God who encourages people to seek sustenance and work. This research is a library research that uses library materials as the main material in this research. The results of this study show that Indonesia implements an open economic system that cannot be separated from the threat of recession, but Indonesia has managed to manage its resources well, so that Allah gives benefits to His creatures. Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to find out how philanthropy is in the concept of socialist economic system and sharia economic system. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with a literature analysis study (library research). There are advantages and disadvantages to this philanthropy for the state. Islamic philanthropy is a term that emerged in modern times as a result of the adoption of the word. This kind of philanthropy activity has taken place before the existence of Islam because the discourse of social justice has developed from before the existence of Islam. In Indonesian, a term that is quite similar to philanthropy is social generosity, which includes zakat, infaq, alms, and waqf (ZISWAF).In theory, the concept of philanthropy as a mechanism for distributing wealth is the activity of diverting a portion of wealth or material assets from those who have a capable economy, to be distributed to those who are less fortunate in their economy. This proves that zakat, infaq, alms, and waqf, or philanthropic institutions are public or social institutions that play a major role in the socio-economic community. Islamic philanthropy (zakat, infaq, alms, and waqf) is a solution to people's problems and humanitarian problems, especially poverty. So the poverty alleviation effort is to develop and manage ZISWAF funds optimally, or by managing funds productively. Through the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) program, business actors are not only concerned with profit but also contribute to society such as PT Sido Muncul. Abstract

Indonesia with the largest Muslim community, may take a dominant role in the global halal industry. In order for industry halal can grow and develop rapidly so as to offset the Internasional economy, it is necessary to work hard to encourage the rise of Indonesian halal industry. We can use the halal industry with all its potential to encourage an increase in the value of foreign exchange reserves. Industrial halal are acceptable and desirable community itself and become a mainstay so as to move the real sector and the national economy it is necessary to foster a proper strategy for the development of halal industry in Indonesia. Abstract

Indonesia is currently still facing challenges in developing a digital economy. This requires the participation of the millennial generation in developing the digital economy. The millennial generation is the generation born at the time of the increasingly rapid technological developments in human life, namely between 1977-1994. The millennial generation has an important role in the development of the digital economy. One of the efforts that the millennial generation can take is to develop entrepreneurship based on digital technology. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with an analytical study approach. The data collection techniques that researchers use include observation and interviews. The results showed that 90% of sales were made through online media and the remaining 10% was door to door to consumers. The strategies used by the two resource persons were creating interesting social media content, giving gifts, doing promotions on certain days and holding giveaways. The challenges faced are the ups and downs of consumers, a decline in demand due to the Covid-19 pandemic, some mistake from business actors, and errors from suppliers (goods providers). Abstract

Human life cannot be separated from buying and selling transactions. Buying and selling transactions show the occurrence of social relations between humans and other humans, who cannot let go of their dependence. Because people now want all daily activities to be fast, practical, and straightforward, including buying and selling economic activities. In Indonesia, buying and selling online is done using computers, smartphones, and other communication tools that are connected to the internet. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. where the research data taken using several techniques, namely: observation, interviews, and documentation. Buying and selling transactions between sellers and buyers, both cash and non-cash sales (goods are delivered in cash, while the price is received by the seller in cash) is allowed. This is based on the decision of Majma' Al-Fiqh Al-Islami (Fiqh Division of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation/OIC) No. 51 (2/6) 1990 which allows non-cash buying and selling and DSN MUI Fatwa No.04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 concerning Murabahah. Therefore, it can be concluded that buying and selling online at the Madina Muslimah store is in accordance with existing Islamic law and sharia. Because the online buying and selling system at the Madina Muslimah Store is so transparent, the goods are in accordance with the pictures and descriptions that have been explained in the product image descriptions, the goods being traded are also not illegal or destructive goods, and there is also no element of tyranny or fraud in the shop. in the transaction. Keywords: online buying and selling, Islamic economy Kehidupan manusia tidak bisa terlepas dari transaksi jual beli. Transaksi jual beli menunjukan terjadinya hubungan sosial antara manusia dengan manusia lainnya, yang tidak bisa melepaskan ketergantungannya. Karena masyarakat sekarang menginginkan semua kegiatan yang dilakukan sehari-hari bergerak cepat, praktis, dan tidak bertele-tele, termasuk kegiatan ekonomi jual beli. Di Indonesia jual beli online dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat komputer, smartphone, daan juga alat komunikasi lainnya yang terkoneksi dengan internet. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitin ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. dimana data penelitian yang diambil menggunakan beberapa teknik yaitu : observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Transaksi jual beli antara penjual dan pembeli, baik jual beli tunai maupun tidak tunai (barang diserahkan secara tunai, sedangkan harga diterima oleh penjual secara tidak tunai) itu dibolehkan. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil keputusan Majma’ Al-Fiqh Al-Islami (Divisi Fikih Organisasi Kerja sama Islam/OKI) No. 51 (2/6) 1990 yang membolehkan jual beli tidak tunai dan Fatwa DSN MUI No.04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 tentang Murabahah. Oleh karena itu maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa jual beli secara online di toko Madina Muslimah sudah sesuai dengan hukum dan juga syariat islam yang ada. Karena sistem jual beli secara online di Toko Madina Muslimah sudah begitu tranparan, barang sesuaai dengan gambar dan juga deskripsi yang telah dijelaskan di keterangan gambar produk, barang yang diperjualbelikan juga bukan termasuk barang yang haram atau merusak, dan juga tidak aad unsur kezhaliman maupun penipuan di dalam transaksi tersebut. Abstract

Covid-19 memberikan dampak negatif di berbagai aspek terutama pada tatanan perekonomian di bidang usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Pemerintah Indonesia mencanangkan program pemulihan ekonomi nasional untuk menghadapi krisis ekonomi akibat pandemi covid-19 yaitu dengan program BPUM yang ditunjukan kepada pelaku usaha mikro yang terdampak pandemi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerimaan modal usaha bantuan bagi pelaku usaha mikro (BPUM) dalam mempertahankan UMKM di masa pandemi covid-19 (studi analisis pelaku usaha mikro di Desa Pamulihan Kec. Larangan Kab. Brebes). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku usaha mikro muslim daerah Brebes yang mendapatkan BPUM di tahun 2020 dan 2021 yang berjumlah 17 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan efektivitas penerimaan modal usaha bantuan bagi pelaku usaha mikro (BPUM) dalam mempertahankan UMKM dimasa pandemi covid-19 di Desa Pamulihan Kec. Larangan Kab. Brebes secara keseluruhan belum efektif dalam pelaksanaannya berdasarkan indikator efektivitas menurut Budiani yaitu, efektif dilihat dari indikator ketepatan sasaran program, sosialisasi program dan pencapaian tujuan program namum dari indikator pemantauan program Bantuan Bagi Pelaku Usaha Mikro (BPUM) belum efektif dikarenakan dalam proses penerimaan BPUM setelahnya tidak ada proses pemantauan dari pihak dinas maupun pihak-pihak terkait Kata Kunci: BPUM, Efektivitas, Pandemi Covid-19, UMKM References Amirullah, dan Imam Hardjanto. 2009.
