Abstract

The research on analysis bibliometrics aimed to find out the development of Islamic sciences bylooking at the productivity of the publication published in scientific journals. The research discussesthe productivity of Islamic publication at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta in the last five years(2010 - 2014) based on e-journal bibliographic with 498 articles. The finding of the research is thefield of Shariah and Law study is the most progressive and most productive in the last five years.The indicators, more than 235 researchers contribute to the scientific publications of the period withthe accumulation of 293 articles with 4 titles published in electronic journal. Meanwhile the field ofIslamic Theology showed 107 titles of articles from 87 authors recorded on the three major journalin the same period. Others is Multi-disciplinary field registered around 98 scientific articles from75 scientists recorded on three journal titles related to the fields. In conclusion, Sharia-law is theprominent field of study in productivity and publicity of scientific Islamic publication in this period.

Abstract

Students are now living in information age and faced with a situation that is almost totally different with their parents at their ages. Information literacy skills are becoming important competency for them as well as for the teachers. Students need to be aware of their information necessities and know how to search, evaluate and wisely use the information for studies and their lives; Knowing how to learn effectively. However, actuating information literacy program requires the mastery of basic literacy - three fundamental areas of scaled-competencies utilized to succeed in the related various activities. Employing the program will be significant approach for school because it can be a gateway for the instution to develop community of learners within the information literate society and will be a substantial investment for future. Abstract

By using analitical descriptive approach, this survey research was expected to explore the users' perceptions (their impressions, observations, and points of view) towards UIN-main library service's quality. We know that users are effective assessors for library services within a given time. Their various perseptions had been utilized to assess the states of main elements of library services. As can be seeen from the gatherred datum, user perceptions which stated good on the overall library services are higher than that of which saying worse. Nevertheless, their admission of dissatisfaction in recieving the services even higher than those expressing and feelling satisfied. Although on the overall library servcices, most of the respondens saying good but only small proportion of them admitted themselves satisfied with the library service provision in the mid 2007. In short the majority of respondents stated that they were dissatisfied with the UIN main library services in the time. Abstract

The objective of this research is to understand the real problems in terms of information literacy program conducted in UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta libraries which is focusing in three aspects: facilities for accessing electronic resources, user particiption and librarian roles. Problems identified from these aspects are connected to the avalilable electronic resources in this campus. This study uses descriptive-qualitative method combined with quantitative one for some extent. Three libraries had been taken as the objects: the main Library, FITK and FKIK library. The collection of data was conducted by direct observation to the sites, distributing quesioners and interview to nine librarians, and giving quesioners with open questions to twenty two informans of students writing their undergraduate theses. From the research results, it can be seen that although the program of information literacy service has been a part of Indonesian National Standard on librarianship those all libraries haven’t yet conducted the program. Such program they have held in library is a library orientation for new students in new academic year. Although, the facilities have already been phisically installed, the libraries haven’t yet able to optimally support the information literacy instruction because the online network doesn’t have enough capabilities and isn’t stable. As an impact the accessability of online information resources has problems. Many students have unpotential skills of information literacy, and they show a great enthusiasm for the insructional information lieracy. Meanwhile, the available human resources on duty aren’t ready for conducting the project because lack of quantities and qualifications for related tasks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelayanan perpustakaan dan bagaimana persepsi pemustaka mengenai citra profesi pustakawan di Perpustakaan Nasional RI, serta seberapa besar pengaruh pelayanan perpustakaan terhadap persepsi pemustaka mengenai citra profesi pustakawan. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatif dan mengambil jumlah peserta responden sebanyak 99 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik insidental, yaitu pengambilan sampel secara kebetulan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner disebarkan kepada pemustaka yang berkunjung langsung ke Pepustakaan Nasional RI. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan di Perpustakaan Nasional RI masuk dalam kategori sangat baik dengan skor 3,67. Persepsi pemustaka mengenai citra profesi pustakawan di Perpustakaan Nasional RI juga dinilai sangat baik dengan skor 3,59. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, pelayanan perpustakaan memiliki pengaruh terhadap persepsi pemustaka mengenai citra profesi pustakawan, dengan nilai R Square sebesar 0,445 atau 44,5%, sedangkan 55,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian. Dengan demikian, hipotesis yang diterima adalah H1 = pelayanan perpustakaan berpengaruh terhadap persepsi pemustaka mengenai citra profesi pustakawan di Perpustakaan Nasional RI.

Abstract

The Instagram account @baznasindonesia is the main source for the public in finding information and references regarding activities related to zakat. The purpose of this study was to measure how well followers evaluate the quality of information on Instagram @baznasindonesia, to measure how much Zakat, Infak, Sedekah (ZIS) practices are practiced by followers on the Instagram @baznasindonesia account, and to measure how much influence the quality of information has on the practice of Zakat, Infak, Sedekah (ZIS) instagram followers @baznasindonesia. The research method in this study is quantitative with simple linear regression as the data analysis technique. The sample used was 100 respondents taken from followers of the @baznasindonesia Instagram account with a questionnaire. The results showed that the quality of information was considered very good with a total mean of 3.40 in the scale range of 3.25 – 4.00 (Very High) and the practice of Zakat, Infaq, Sedekah (ZIS) had a total mean of 2.93 in the scale range of 2. .50 – 3.24 (High). Furthermore, the quality of information has a fairly strong correlation with the practice of ZIS, which is equal to 0.483 which is in the range > 0.25 – 5 (quite strong), and the amount of influence given by the quality of information on the practice of Zakat, Infaq, Sedekah (ZIS) is 0.233 or 23 ,3 %. Based on the results of the study, instagram @baznasindonesia managers from BAZNAS RI need to add more comprehensive information, such as integrating information owned by BAZNAS RI on Instagram @baznasindonesia .
