Abstract

The busy parents and the mistake of actualizing one's wealth by introducing children to gadgets earlier can make the child's experience mental illness. Parents feel that the task of educating children is enough to put children in a school and pay for all the children's needs. PAUD Pelangi Anak Bangsa is a pre-school education where almost all children know and are really close to gadgets and it has an impact on their mental condition which they were more easily irritable, sulky and difficult to control. The purpose of this community service activity is to hold health education in the PAUD Pelangi Bangsa environment to provide knowledge about the management of ethics-based character education as an effort to improve the mental health of pre-school children. The output in this community service activity is to increase knowledge about the management of ethics-based character education as an effort to improve mental health of pre-school children, community service reports and to become an output for scientific articles in Abdimas Madani National Journal Volume 1 No 1 Year 2019. The community involved in this society education were mothers of children in Pelangi Bangsa ECD pre-school. Lectures was used as the method and followed by focus group discussion. The result of the activity is that the mothers of pre-school children at PAUD Pelangi Bangsa were very enthusiastic in participating in the activity and began to understand the management of ethics-based character education to improve children's mental health.

Abstract

Women are required to be able to resist their vulnerability in an effort to voice the rights to reproductive protection that are protected by law. Basically, women's vulnerability is not only due to their biological factors, but also socially and culturally powerless to voice their sexual interests / rights for their safety, comfort and health. Economic, parenting and the environment factors can influence condition women's vulnerability. The phenomena that is often seen in PP Jamilurrohman is that many young women are very intense with their female friends. At first glance this is natural, but what needs to be worried is that unhealthy intimacy of same-sex adolescents will lead to intercourse/same-sex sex. Prevention of the incidence of same-sex sex in Islamic boarding schools needs to be sought by providing healthy life skills, especially about reproduction, which is done early so that adolescents are not carried away by the current deviated development. Providing health education about the rights of adolescents to reproduction will bring up the feminine side of a woman so that she will establish herself as a woman whose reproductive organs are inherent as her nature. The community involved in the education was all teenagers in the Jamilurrohman Putri Islamic Boarding School. Lecture followed by a focus group discussion was used as the methods. The results of community service activities show that young people were very enthusiastic in participating in activities and begin to understand women's reproductive health rights.

Abstract

Abstrak Indonesia, di akhir tahun 2018 menempati posisi konsumsi mie instan terbanyak kedua di dunia. Kondisi ini menyebabkan produksi mie instan yang bermilyar-milyar setiap tahunnya.Namun, dalam kondisi ini ternyata konsumen seringkali mendapatkan kerugian dari tidak bertanggungjawabnya pihak retail, terkhusus toko-toko kecil. Pencantuman tanggal kadaluarsa pada mie instan seringkali tidak dipedulikan, hingga menyebabkan mie instan kadaluarsa tetap diperjualbelikan atas ketidaktahuan penjual maupun pembeli. Pengawasan yang dilakukan pemerintah melalui Badan POM kurang menjangkau pada toko-toko kecil eceran, sehingga banyak mie instan yang kadaluarsa lolos dari pengawasan. Berdasarkan hasil survey peneliti, ditemukan setidaknya satu jenis mie instan yang kadaluarsa pada 10 toko kecil di Kota Yogyakarta. Dari hasil wawancara, penjual menyatakan tidak mengetahui kalau produk tersebut kadaluarsa. Bahkan, dua di antaranya mengatakan bahwa produk tersebut baru diambil dari supplier. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi analitis kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian adalah pelaku usaha pemilik toko yang menjual mie kadaluarsa di Kota Yogyakarta dengan jumlah 10 orang. Gambaran peredaran mie instan kadaluarsa saat ini masih beredar di warung-warung wilayah Yogyakarta tanpa sepengatahuan pelaku usaha maupun pembeli. Pemerintah melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen Republik Indonesia telah memberikan batasan tentang hak-hak konsumen sebagai pembeli, yang terdiri dari hak atas : (1) Kenyamanan, keamanan, dan keselamatan dalam mengkonsumsi barang dan jasa. (2) Memilih barang dan jasa, memperoleh dan memanfaatkan sesuai dengan harga, keadaan, serta garansi yang menyertainya. (3) Mendapatkan perlakuan atau pelayanan dengan baik dan amanah serta tidak pilih kasih. (4) Mendapatkan ganti rugi dengan anti produk apabila barang dan jasa yang diterima tidak memenuhi kaidah yang dijanjikan. Selanjutnya, BPOM dalam melaksanakan perannya dalam melindungi konsumen telah melakukan program penjagaan kualitas mutu produk di pasar melalui dua program, yaitu pencegahan dan penanggulangan.
