Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan alat tambal ban portable yang layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran perbaikan ban. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian pengembangan (R&D) yang diadopsi dari Richey and Klein dengan tahapan pengembangan model, validasi internal dan validasi eksternal. Subyek penelitian yang digunakan adalah 4 mekanik dan siswa SMK Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Sepeda Montor (TSM) yang berjumlah 70 siswa. Sedangkan obyek penelitian dilaksanakan di Astra Honda Yogyakarta, Yamaha Mataram Sakti dan SMK Muhammadiyah Salam. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket media dan angat tanggapan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alat tambal ban portable layak digunakan dengan hasil validasi produk dari Astra Honda 90,67%. dan 88,78% dari Yamaha. Tanggapan siswa menunjukkan hasil bahwa siswa sangat setuju Alat Tambal Ban Portable menjadi media pembelajaran dengan skor 4,08. ABSTRACTThis study aims to develop a portable tire patching device which is suitable as a learning media for tire repairing. The design of this study used a research and development (R&D) design adopted from Richey and Klein with the stages of model development, internal validation and external validation. The research subjects were 4 mechanics and 70 vocational school students major in motorcycle engineering. While the object of research was carried out at Astra Honda Yogyakarta, Yamaha Mataram Sakti and SMK Muhammadiyah Salam. The data collection techniques used media questionnaires and the response of students. The results showed that portable tire patching tool was suitable to use with the product validation result from Astra Honda 90.67%. and 88.78% of Yamaha. The student responses showed the results that students strongly agreed Portable Tire Patching Tool became learning media with a score of 4.08.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a suitable welding learning media that can increase the interest and learning achievement of Vocational High School (SMK) students. The research design used the Research and Development (R & D) method with the research subjects being students of SMK Ma'arif Kebumen and SMK Ma'arif Wates who were divided into control class and experimental class. Collecting data to determine the feasibility of the media using a questionnaire method (questionnaire). Meanwhile, to determine the increase in learning achievement using performance tests. Test data analysis using normality test, homogeneity test and t-test. The results showed that the SMAW Model Welding Learning Media was very feasible to use for learning media, students' interest in learning did not show differences in practical interest in the experimental class and the control class, meaning that the average practical interest in the experimental class and the control class did not have a significant difference. Student learning achievement in the experimental class was 85.25, while the results of the control class were 73.00. It can be concluded that the use of Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) learning media is feasible to be used as a welding learning medium, fosters interest in learning and can improve student achievement.

Abstract

This research was aimed to find out the improvement of cooperation and student learning outcomes by implementing active learning strategies based on the independence and activeness (KEMANTI). The design of this research adopted Classroom Action Research. The learning strategy of KEMANTI was applied in SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Salam Magelang. The stages of research resulted in the improvement of student cooperation can be seen from each aspect of cooperation which includes aspect of giving idea or opinion up 30%; accepting the opinion of others up 50%, carrying out the tasks given by the group up 30%, the nature of helping others up 40%, and the last aspect is concern for the difficulties of fellow group members up 50%. Improvement of student learning outcomes is shown by the value of effect size 3.2. The difference in learning outcomes uses t Test which shows that t tab is 4.9 in cycle I and t tab is 16,9 in cycle II. Test Results t post-test cycles I and II t hit> t tab is 15.00> 2.0. The conclusion of the t test results is that there is a difference from pre-test and post-test in cycle I and cycle II after being given an active learning strategy of KEMANTI.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the application of rotated practice method in learning the practice of automotive electrical system learning. (2) improvement of student learning achievement after the application of the rotated practice method in learning practices of automotive electrical system learning subjects. The design of this study used a classroom action research design and stopped at cycle two (II). The subject of the study was class XI of light vehicle engineering students class B with a total of 30 students. While the object of research carried out at SMK YPT Purworejo. Data collection used test. The research instrument used practicum questions which consisted of 5 job sheets. The data analysis technique used in this research was descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that: (1) the method of rotated practice in learning the practice of learning automotive electrical systems can be applied well by students. (2) Student learning achievements in the pre cycle conducted by researchers got the final result 74.14. In the first cycle there was an increase in learning achievement to 76.48 and in the second cycle student learning achievement increased to 84.14 with 100% completeness.
