Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction of Kopi Kenangan, The Breeze Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD). The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The study population was all customers who had consumed The Breeze Coffee Memories, BSD. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 customers of The Breeze Coffee Memories, BSD. The sampling technique in the study used the Random Sampling method. Analysis of the data in this study using simple linear regression and to test the hypothesis using t test. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research using path analysis method which distributes google form questionnaires to 100 customers of Hotel Mercure Jakarta. The data is processed using SmartPLS. The results showed that the interaction of social influence was significant on hotel booking intentions through health risks. Meanwhile,hotel cleanliness has no significant effect on hotel booking intentions through health risks. Then social interaction has a significant effect on hotel booking intentions. Furthermore, hotel cleanliness has no significant effect on hotel booking intentions. Health risk has a significant effect on hotel booking intentions. Hotel guests expect a low level of social interaction from check in to check out, which can pose a health risk and intend to make hotel reservations. Hotel cleanliness through health risks cannot increase hotel booking intentions. Hotel guests expect the hotel to make technological innovations that increase guest intention to make room reservations. Hotel cleanliness is not the main expectation of hotel guests, guests expect a low level of social interaction during their stay at the hotel. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors of foreign or foreign tourist visits and hotel occupancy rates on the income of the tourism sub-sector in the tourism industry in DIY from 2007 to 2018 which aims to determine how much influence the number of foreign tourist visits. tourist visits. or foreigners and the level of lodging in hotels to revenue from the PAD sector in the tourism sub-sector in DIY Province for the period 2007-2018. This research is descriptive and associative, the data used in this study are secondary data in the prone period 2007 to 2018 which were obtained from the Yogyakarta Province Central Bureau of Statistics and the Yogyakarta Provincial Tourism Office. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of the study found that there was a positive influence between the number of foreign tourists visiting and the level of hotel lodging on the revenue revenue of the tourism sub-sector in Yogyakarta in 2007-2018. Abstract

The growth of internet information and communication technology is increasing. This makes consumers more critical in hotel booking activities through websites / applications that affect brand image and buying interest. As the internet grows, word-of-mouth electronics has become an important phenomenon. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of online reviews found on the Traveloka site on the consumer's overnight stay. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this research is 105 respondents who have read online reviews on the Traveloka site. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. From the results of the study note that online review has a positive effect on interest in staying.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine how brand awareness mediates the influence of social media marketing on purchasing decisions. The sampling technique in this research is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. Data was taken using Google Form with a total of 138 respondents. The data analysis technique used is PLS-SEM. The results of this research state that: (1) Social media marketing has a positive effect on brand awareness; (2) Brand awareness has a positive effect on purchasing decisions; (3) Social media marketing has a positive effect on purchasing decisions; (4) Brand awareness mediates the influence of social media marketing on purchasing decisions. Social media marketing positively influences brand awareness through reaching a wide audience, and visual content. High brand awareness positively influences purchasing decisions by increasing consumer familiarity, trust and preference. Brand awareness also acts as a link between social media marketing and purchasing decisions through creating positive perceptions and better knowledge about the brand, playing a key role in influencing consumer purchasing actions.
